Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We were never given our room number. I finally went out and found it myself.
The rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds were lovely.

An oasis on the desert that was so welcoming and comfortable. Pools were lovely. Sports courts were plentiful. And the location is very convenient to dining and entertainment. An excellent family reunion location.

The check-in staff were ridiculously rude - never seen anything like it. and couldn’t check in until 5pm. They also don’t accept cash payments for incidentals, they make no exceptions

Having to wait all day to change villas. Was never told how long it would take to be done.
Main Palmers pool, bar and grill closed way to early for a summer crowd. Shuttle service was horrible. One driver told my son in law not to board because he was about to go to lunch. Another driver failed to pick us up after texting for a ride for a party of 13. He got in his bus and made a upturn and drove away for a couple of minutes before stopping for us. Bus was empty.

No more housekeeping to clean your room. We stayed for a week and we never had one come to clean they changed a-lot of things. The shuttle service most of them are rude they will let you wait under the heat and tell you that it’s not there way even empty and need to wait 20 minutes for the next shuttle very disappointing.
The property was nice clean.

What I didn't like I stated above!
The room was nice, and the patio was nice with the view of the golf course. Tha people who own these places were no friendly, the made us feel like outsiders not even a helo at the pool. In the evening there were fighting a yelling sounded like the real housewives of Palm Desert. The staff came to our door at 10 pm yelling about noise, we were shocked that they couldn't locate the yelling two or three doors down.

There was a large moth in the room. Had to get rid of it,otherwise, we were not going to be able to sleep at night. And there was mosquitos in the bathroom. The bathroom sink & the sink outside the bathroom were not draining well. We had to figure out how to turn it in order to start draining better.

The Villas are lovely, but not great for someone (like myself) who cannot be out in the sun and enjoy the pool or golf and other outdoor activities.
The location was fine. We stayed in the Villas, so breakfast was on our own. We did purchase bagels and fruit for breakfast and snacks from the Marketplace. The selection was good.
