Clean, quiet and easily accessible. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job taking care of my needs.

I'm an avid coffee drinker. There was a single serve coffee pot in the room. We were supposed to have a decafe pod and a regular coffee pod. We had 2 decafe pods. I went to front desk to see about getting a few regular coffee pods. Front desk clerk said she didn't have access to said pods. I decided to make one of the decafe pods. There was an opened pod in the water reservoir that smelled of stale coffee. I proceeded to use a fresh decafe pod. I am a regular coffee drinker, so of course, it was nasty. Also, the coffee pot was up a little too high. Online said there was a continental breakfast. We were never informed by the front desk or any pamphlets as to when and where.

Hotel was clean and neat. I like the bodywash and conditioning shampoo being in a pump. Mini fridge came in handy. Enough storage space for a couple. Front desk was very friendly. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. We were there for 2 nights. I believe it was well worth the price paid.

The shower never got warm, had it on for a half hour and was still ice cold. And breakfast was plain and tasted old.

The beds were amazingly comfortable and staff was super friendly. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

A few noisy occupants however that's not the fault of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and fresh towels/cleaning was done daily. The breakfast was typical continental however always hot and well prepared.

The place is just getting old and rundown ..microtel is where my family has stayed for years with my mom on the road they was always the where to stay number one however the elevators and updates to the building must be made occasionally to keep this reputation..it is getting musky and old.

There were not enough lights in the room; none at all over the desk work space. It was difficult to get to the electrical outlets. Hot water was less plentiful during busy times.

The location was central to our needs. Our room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with several selections. Housekeeping was very accommodating.

The room was depressingly dark even with all the lights on, the AC was loud and we couldn't turn it off. It was difficult for my partner and I to hear each other. There was one night where the hot water was as cold as the coldest setting.

The TV was mounted on the side of the bed instead of straight on and a bench anywhere you can smoke, text drink a coffee 😜

The front desk reception Steven was the most helpful employee that I've ever met to work the front desk in any hotel and I've been to a few of them in my day. Any questions you might have he was right there to answer me first time I ever stayed in Jacksonville and I liked it so much I'm staying there about 15 hotels in a little square area here this is by far the best I've ever anywhere I have stated one in Orlando a couple actually in Orlando had all the bells and whistles but they didn't have the quality people there on a one-to-one basis I would gladly stay here again

I did not like how housekeeping would come in so early I did not like that I was in the shower when housekeepers came in and waited in the room for me to get out. I did not like the pillows they were lumpy, I wish breakfast had more option

The Bed was advertised as a King size but was more like a Queen size and the Shower was ok, I personally don’t like low water pressure shower heads
