The a/c in the room barely worked, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work at all. When we all took showers, it made the room stuffy and damp. The recliner, which was a "perk"of some kind, was old and torn.

The location was good. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

Wanted ice when when we got to the room. Had to wait for the ice maker in the refrigerator to make ice. It took 2-3 hours for the frig to finally up out ice.

We were hoping they would have breakfast but they didn’t which meant going into town and making another stop, not that easy with a horse trailer!

Staff were very friendly, clean comfy room, bed was great (not hard as a rock like most places), easy to get to, and plenty of room to park our pickup and horse trailer!

People in 2 rooms across the hall were loud & when we asked the staff about security, we were told there were security cameras, but no actual security person. I travel with my elderly father so I was very concerned. It did quiet down late that night.

It is a plus that the room has a little kitchenette.

The room smelled a little musty like it had been a smoker room. Not bad, but you could tell there was something different. Having no person behind the desk during some hours. Not a big deal, but it's nice to have a person available most of the time.

Location was within 1/2 mile of family. Room rates were good. I like having the appliances and fridge in case we wanted to make and keep food.

Should really enforce no smoking at the entrance, every time we returned to the property there were people smoking right at the front door. EDIT: There was a payment issue with our stay that was only discovered more than a month after we were there. The card used at the time of the reservation was booked by Booking.com, and at check in we were told that it had not been paid and we were charged a second time. The hotel did do a good job getting this resolved once we discovered the issue and brought it to their attention, and they confirmed that it has happened more than once, so if you do the prepay option with booking.com, be sure to print off everything to show the hotel when you check in that you did indeed already pay for your stay. We felt bad that they (the hotel) had to resolve this issue when it was not really their problem.

Was not a fan of the "ordered to your room breakfast" options, that was disappointing but with the pandemic it was expected. The coffee was good.

It was very clean, dog friendly and good price. The room was roomy and clean kitchen was nice to have. The staffs are friendly and very efficient.
