ICE! I had to wait for ice maker to start making ice in order to have a cold drink. It should be available sooner than turning on the ice maker and waiting an hour. Kitchenette with sink and stove is great but NOTHING available to cook with or eat on so pointless.

I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived between 12:00 and 1:00 a.m. so I didn't get the experience anything other than the room. The room was clean the bed was really comfortable. The gentleman working overnight was very pleasant and friendly.. The price was great, particularly for what you get in that at that price in the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

there was only 1 elevator, and the beds were held up my some sort of screws our bed was missing one and collapsed but they were really nice and they gave us a new room.

The phone rang at 530 every morning even though we didn't ask for a wake up call. The people in the room next to us were smoking weed so the whole hallway smelled like it from time to time.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was close to everything. We enjoyed our downtime there. It had everything we needed. The value was good.

I was told that breakfast would cost extra and I could pay for it when I came down for it. I came down to get breakfast the next morning but there wasn't any breakfast. Asked the staff about it and they said we don't do breakfast. I'm glad I didn't pay for it

Once I found the hotel it was a great location. The staff were very helpful in helping me find the hotel. The room was comfortable. I got a good nights sleep.

My only complaint was that the lock on the door was damaged. However as my husband said the other 2 did work.

The property is behind Microtell Hotel which I have stayed at before. This Hotel beats that one by a long shot. There were lots of restaurants in the area to pick from. They also had breakfast in bed. You could order what you want by picking the items on the card and they would deliver it to the room in the morning.

I didn’t find out they gave me the two beds and no recliner until I entered my given room. I didn’t fuss about it I just settled in anyway, until a kid wouldn’t stop running and jumping over my unit. That forced me to go down and request to be moved. The clerk had no issue with moving me into a room with 1 queen bed and a recliner, which I had originally booked online anyway. Guests with children under 12 should ALWAYS be assigned on the ground level because small children are going to run and jump, that’s what they do.

Check in went well, I felt safe and the room were clean. The clerks were all very nice and friendly.

Not fault of hotel, people above had a horribly acting child who pounded literally all day and night. Do not know if both parents and child had serious issues. LaShanda was contacted and she evidently contacted them because they got quiet for about fifteen minutes. The rest of our stay was a crazy experience we never had before with the monsters overhead! Our stay would have been perfect, but for them.

the $150 deposit fee was not disclosed. a deposit shouldn’t be that much higher than the room cost. also my reservation said 2 queen beds and when we arrived we discovered every room only had one bed with a kitchen unit. my room had a fire alarm that needed batteries. it made a very loud beep noise approximately every 5 minutes.

The amenities are rather sparse, which is what you'd expect from an establishment at this particular price point. They do offer breakfast, but at an additional cost and you need to order ahead.

1) The hotel is located in a secluded spot away from traffic noise, yet still convenient to major attractions. 2) Room space is fairly adequate for single/couples travelers. 3) TV picture quality is superb with Spectrum cable.

The neighbors staying over our room were very loud and stomped pretty hard or were horse playing in the room, causing lots of noise and discomfort for my friends, pet, and I. We called down to the front desk and asked someone to inform them of their noise. However, it continued for the duration of our stay.

The room was really nice! The kitchen area was convenient and lots of space. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We could tell past guests maybe spilled something on the floor from my dog licking the carpet, but honestly no complaints.

The front desk was wonderful. My room was on the backside in front of a warehouse with a flood light. Had to close the curtain all night.
