They don't supply the dishes for you cook with in the kitchen area. And wanted to charge me another deposit to extend my stay. I was not happy about that.

Everything was nice and comfortable. Even the laundry room. Quiet. Great location.

The room was very spacious , allowed for the opportunity to cook food if needed, the bathroom was spacious , really enjoyed the walk in shower.

Rooms where outdated. There where no pots, pans or cutlery available so the kitchen was pretty useless

For the cost I wasn’t expecting this stay to be as good as it was. I cook all of my own food so finding a full refrigerator with freezer/ice maker and two top stove that is still a decent hotel is tough a lot of times. This hotel didn’t have the normal extended stay feel. It isn’t a 5 star don’t expect that but for the value it surely surprised me.

The only regrettable things were that the hotel does not offer a breakfast in the morning, not even coffee in the lobby! Also, when I tried to come in a side door at night by using my room key to open the door, the side door turned green but did not open. That's a minor thing because the front door is not at all distant from the side door, forty yards maybe.

Best was the room's cleanliness and how quiet the hotel was. There was never a wait for service from the front desk either. The room had lots of amenities too, like a mini-kitchenette, stove-top, etc., and plenty of floor space. The Wifi worked smoothly too, password written on the key cover.

Property is fine not always good patrons but it’s not the property’s fault. You have to expect it at the hotels.

The were ZERO dishes in the rooms. The rooms were not that clean. Didn’t smell well. Elevator was very dirty. People lived there so lots of people in and out.

Some of the people staying, hanging outside windows, not cleaning up after animals even though the property has bags for them to use, it’s difficult to teach these things to adults.

There was no breakfast. This was OK in the end because you save money on the room rate. Which is my main concern I guess since you have a full kitchen you can make food in your room which turned out to be fine. But it is nice to go down in the morning for breakfast and get a coffee and some juice

A nice clean hotel and an excellent value. Spacious suites and a full kitchen. It was well staffed and the people were always around the front desk if you needed them. The location was good in the Midtown area. I was able to walk to several restaurants

I had to wait for the front desk person to check me into my room. I waited for about 15 minutes. There was a sign to call a number and when I did call said number a lady answered and I told her I was there to check in and she hung up on me…I waited for another 10 minutes and they finally showed up to check me into my room.

Bed braces need tighten up, squeak when getting into bed.

Like always, a super location to everything you might want to do. Like shopping, great restaurants, and even a movie theater is nearby.

Really not much at all, just the door was tight and hard to close, and the bed framing braces did need to be tightened up. Clawed into bed, and you can hear it squeaking with movements.

There was an issue with reservation. It was resolved the next day. The desk person worked at it and called when it was resolved . Very satisfied with the result.
