Only needed the hotel for a one nights place to stay. Staff was very helpful - allowed us extra time to check out because my son was running a marathon in Marquette and needed extra time after the race to clean up

Left an item at hotel by mistake. Called and asked to have it sent to my home. Still have not received my pillow case. Did not care if pillow was returned.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff greeted us each time we entered.

Lobby area smelled of cigarette smoke and I was worried. But no problem, our room was pleasant and clean with no smoky odor.

There was always dogs barking at random times. It could be 8 at night or 4 in the morning, there are dogs barking. Also, the doors are extremely loud when they close. Like really bad!

The location is a bummer, out in the sprawl zone at the edge of town. You absolutely need a car to get in and out. The road on which the hotel is located is overbuilt, very high speed.

The room was nicer than I anticipated. Includes a full kitchen. Staff was great.

short drive to the downtown area where the good restaurants are but not walkable. The property is a extended stay type with a full fridge,micro and 2 burner stove. Lots of cabinets but NOTHING in them. Not a pot,pan,plate,glass,silverware etc. We were planning on saving food $$ by doing some of our own cooking so it made the rate less attractive. All staff was friendly and helpful. Property is newish and excellent condition.

We were not planning to cook there, but there is no plates or mugs or pans to cook, although there is a stove and microwave. Bring some stuff with you if you're planning to cook or eat at the room.

The room was very clean, and having the kitchen was very helpful. Having the toaster available was a plus to prepare our breakfast in the room. There is 24h coffee available at the property too. Staff was very friendly, room size good for 4 adults (2 queen beds), and it is a short drive from downtown.

The spacious room and kitchenette was nice with a dog. Full size fridge was a big plus since our dog eats home cooked meals. Lots of room to all of us. The outdoor areas looked really nice. Would like to test the outdoor grilling area at summer. The outdoor doggie trail with lights and poo bags well thought.

There wasn't anything to be disappointed about. It was a great stay.

The staff was super helpful and kind to me as this was my first experience with snow. Often the front desk would give me tips and we also saw them outside maintaining the care of the property.

Close to town & clean! Loved the FULL size fridge & mini kitchen in it. Loved the recliner! Just wish they had king beds…the queen was comfy though :)

1. Person who checked me in did not put me in the reward system after I asked. The morning staff person entered me after I double checked. 2. There were dog food kibbles on our kitchenette floor from previous guest. 3. The laundry room was dirty and dryer lint had not been emptied in awhile...i had to do it on order to dry my clothes.

None at this location. There were food and snacks items to purchase.
