Being on the 1st floor facing the parking lot, I couldn't open shade without people looking into our room.

    Very very clean, also location.

Only dislike if I had to give one was not having breakfast.

Location was great. We were in the area to visit Arches, Capital Reef and Canyonland NP so it was perfect being right at the top of Moab. Hotel was very quiet and clean.

The gal that checked us in was very nice. They put us on the first floor because we had dogs. They are extremely pet friendly. The pet “facilities” outside were clean and convenient. There was a short trail from one end of the parking lot to the other that was perfect for our little dogs. The location was great for Arches and Moab and we loved the room. It had a kitchen, bit no cups, pans, or utensils, so be sure to bring your own. We would definitely stay here again!

Cooking equipement was ok but could be improved (corkscrew, wine glasses, mugs, kettel...) ; dinner table and chairs would have been appreciated for our long stay.

Kind and helpfull staff ; good location.

Took quite awhile for person to come check us in (evening) might have been busy with something but not sure. In the morning front desk lady was not very friendly or welcoming... Just watched us as we passed or watched me put key card in basket on check out and said nothing until prompted. A simple "hello" or "good morning" would suffice. I know it's the off season, but if pool was above freezing I'm sure people would use it, even with the tumble weed debris or sand in it... Just a thought. Have to pay for breakfast, we had plenty of food with us so we opted not to do the $8 breakfast.

Smelled fresh and clean all over the hotel. Great full fridge with freezer. Convenient sink in kitchenette area as well as bathroom, works well with multiple people. Hot tub was great, fairly private.

Loved the hot tub and the little kitchenette! sometimes a place advertises that they have facilities and they're closed. The staff was very friendly, competent and helpful. We will definitely come back there.

The lobby is not very inviting. Had to wait a bit for someone to come check us in, which is ok but at the exit the individual at the lobby was at a table and barely looked at us to say bye. This was a quick night for us so not a big deal but might stay somewhere else in future trips.

Very close to restaurants. Clean and beds were comfy. There was a kitchenette that was quite large but we didn’t use.

The pool was closed. You have to check out pots and pans from the front desk. The driveway going into the hotel was very steep and could be awful given any ice or snow. Thin walls and I could hear my neighbors very easily. It is not within easy walking distance of "downtown".

The staff were all very friendly. The rooms all had kitchens and were brand new. There was plenty of hot water. Beautiful views of red rocks directly outside my window. It is on the north end of town so it was easy to leave town toward the parks without the hassle of driving through all the stoplights and traffic of town.
