Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Location was great. We were in the area to visit Arches, Capital Reef and Canyonland NP so it was perfect being right at the top of Moab. Hotel was very quiet and clean.

United States of AmericaThe gal that checked us in was very nice. They put us on the first floor because we had dogs. They are extremely pet friendly. The pet “facilities” outside were clean and convenient. There was a short trail from one end of the parking lot to the other that was perfect for our little dogs. The location was great for Arches and Moab and we loved the room. It had a kitchen, bit no cups, pans, or utensils, so be sure to bring your own. We would definitely stay here again!

United States of AmericaTook quite awhile for person to come check us in (evening) might have been busy with something but not sure. In the morning front desk lady was not very friendly or welcoming... Just watched us as we passed or watched me put key card in basket on check out and said nothing until prompted. A simple "hello" or "good morning" would suffice. I know it's the off season, but if pool was above freezing I'm sure people would use it, even with the tumble weed debris or sand in it... Just a thought. Have to pay for breakfast, we had plenty of food with us so we opted not to do the $8 breakfast.
Smelled fresh and clean all over the hotel. Great full fridge with freezer. Convenient sink in kitchenette area as well as bathroom, works well with multiple people. Hot tub was great, fairly private.

United States of AmericaThe lobby is not very inviting. Had to wait a bit for someone to come check us in, which is ok but at the exit the individual at the lobby was at a table and barely looked at us to say bye. This was a quick night for us so not a big deal but might stay somewhere else in future trips.
Very close to restaurants. Clean and beds were comfy. There was a kitchenette that was quite large but we didn’t use.

United States of AmericaThe pool was closed. You have to check out pots and pans from the front desk. The driveway going into the hotel was very steep and could be awful given any ice or snow. Thin walls and I could hear my neighbors very easily. It is not within easy walking distance of "downtown".
The staff were all very friendly. The rooms all had kitchens and were brand new. There was plenty of hot water. Beautiful views of red rocks directly outside my window. It is on the north end of town so it was easy to leave town toward the parks without the hassle of driving through all the stoplights and traffic of town.
