Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThey said they never received my confirmation from booking.com. Even though I had my confirmation number from the app and from my email. I ended having to pay an extra $16.30 for a room. All of this was very frustrating after a long day of traveling
The room was good. Beds were comfy

United States of AmericaWhen asked for a late check out. since we didn't get there until 1am, they only gave us an extra 30 mins. The hotel was not even close to full capacity, and they had 3 seemingly very thorough and professional room attendants working.
They allowed us to check late at 1am.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived to our room, we noticed there was garbage left from the previous guests and we noticed that one of the pillows was stained with mysterious light orange splatters.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to navigate, and neat public spaces. Other hotels are scary looking on the inside, My Place had proper lighting in the hallways which made it not so intimidating. Staff were welcoming!

United States of AmericaThey didn’t provide any toiletries, no kitchen utensils, you had to give them towels to get new towels, the ice machine did t drop a lot of ice, had to go downstairs to get trash bags, they said they clean the room every 4 days. I asked the front desk if I could us my military discount. I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t book through them directly. I offered to canx my reservation and rebook. They said next time.

CanadaNot a big fan of white lighting. A softer warmer light would make the rolls more inviting. There is a considerable amount of highway noise in the room on the side we stayed.

United States of AmericaFloors not clean. Was the rest of the room clean? They have a little sign in the bathroom patting themselves on the back about how they clean and disinfect the room. All carpeted corners had bits of stuff and dust and it was the same under the beds. I had to wipe up some water on the bathroom floor and the paper towel was grey with dirt from an area about 5 inches square.

CanadaGiven there was an event in town when we came, the prices were highly inflated. Keep an eye on that. Not worth an inflated price, but would be reasonable on a non event weekend.
Loved having the full sized fridge, we were driving to and from Canada and this was our rest stop hotel. It was nice to be able to get store some real food and some of the items we were bring home. Allows dogs! Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaI had a little bit of trouble getting the a/c to work the way I wanted it at first. Once I got it adjusted, it was fine. A little noisy, but honestly, that's to be expected for a wall-installed a/c. Being next to the freeway, there was a little bit of freeway noise in the morning, but it wasn't too bad.
Amazing!! I don't know if this is newly built or newly remodeled, but in any case, the room was absolutely amazing. Could not believe the cleanliness and absolutely no signs of wear on anything. Didn't realize when I booked that it had a kitchenette! Full size refrigerator, full size microwave, 2-burner electric stove. It even had paper towels, dish soap, and dish towels! Full size recliner to watch TV, so you don't have to watch TV in bed, if you don't want to. Small rectangular table with 2 chairs. Good lighting. Nice decorative pull-down shade on the window. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed was very comfortable, with 4 luscious pillows of varying firmness, so you could choose which firmness you wanted. Tile (1 foot square) in decorative pattern in the kitchen/bathroom. Carpet looked brand new. Actually, ALL of the furniture looked brand new. I was a little worried about the location at first, because it's right next to the freeway, and sometimes those areas aren't the best. But this area felt very safe. Some new industrial building, good landscaping, and just down the street are lots of brand new apartments/condos. This whole area looked new(ish). View from the window was nice. Coffee available 24/7 downstairs, which I used to my advantage, because even though the first night's in-room coffee is complimentary, subsequently it's $1 to get more. But I just filled up my cup downstairs when I came in at night, then microwaved it in the morning. One more feature that I didn't take advantage of, but that looked very good, is their 'store' of food that you can take up to your room to fix or eat. I don't remember everything they had (should have taken a picture), but prices seemed fairly good. I do remember English muffin breakfast sandwiches for $3.

United States of AmericaNo cots or roll away. We booked a room for 5 of us. We ended up with 2 queen beds and going to Walmart and spending 60 dollars on the only air mattress they had and pump.

United States of AmericaElectric lock didn't work in the first room so we were switched to another room right next to the electric room. There was a pulsing thrumming noise the whole time. Plus, what's with the flashing green light on the ceiling in the middle of the room? Lol I understand that it's from a CO2 or smoke detector, but come on, it was startling, can't you get one that doesn't flash?
Your in an great location. We always feel safe there.
