Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Both mornings I got an automated wake up call on the hotel telephone at 7:00am. The recording said I asked for the call which I did not. I told the front desk when I was checking out and she was very apologetic and said she would look into it.
Great location. It was clean and it was a very good value.

We didn’t realize that you either need to bring your own dishes or you can rent or buy them on site.

There is only one elevator, which is not the end of the world but I can imagine is not the best when multiple families/parties are checking out at once. The bed was incredibly small and very uncomfortable. We booked a queen bed but were given a full size bed instead.
It was incredibly convenient to have a full kitchen while we were there for our two nights. While there isn't an oven and the kitchen is not stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies, the ice maker in the freezer was very clean and there was a toaster provided. The AC was nice and worked very well going as low as 60 degrees. It didn't make any noise. The room was very clean and very updated. The hallways smelled a little weird sometimes but they looked good. The facilities were great! Complimentary coffee and tea, a business center, and laundry facilities are open 24/7. They even had some tide pods available for purchase, while supplies last. They also had a small market place area with some snacks, drinks, and emergency essentials/toiletries. The staff was amazing! Everyone we interacted with was very approachable and attentive. There was a blonde woman and a brown curly-haired woman who were amazing and such great conversationalists. I personally enjoyed the small talk we had!

It's a little far from the airport, but I think all the hotels are. For some reason there was no hair dryer in the room but staff was very nice and brought one up right away when I called. Perhaps a roll or toast would be nice with the coffee.
It was a decent size room, even had a little kitchenette which we didn't need but was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean if simple, We liked having coffee mad downstairs in the morning too.

Cons - breakfast options were poor.
The kitchenette was awesome. Better yet, there was a full size fridge. Coffee in the room with a full size coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. They do not provide plates, utensils or cook ware, so make sure you take your own. We loved it. Perfect for our 2 day stay. Easy off and on from the freeway.
