I did not like the bed. The two twins pulled together is just wrong. If you’re going to advertise a King bed then you definitely need to have a true king bed. The bed kept moving out of position and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The pillows were so flat that I can’t even call them pillows. After a long travel when guests lay down they are seeking comfort. After all that is what we are paying for.

The home was super clean in a great location. I loved being on the first floor.

It was bike week went down there with the bikes and then couldn't park on the lot had to pay for another parking place which was silly but other than that everything was okay

The room was nice quiet and enjoyed the room just don't like the part where you couldn't even use the garage neither but everything else was good

Did not like having to the door code to unlock the door. I would have preferred to use keys or enter a shorter code. Bedding was not completely clean. Hair in the shower.

When the person in the apartment above me walked it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. When we checked out my son left his necklace in the room. We stayed there all day waiting on the property manager to call so we could get back in the room to get our property. We call sent messages as well as the staff at the main office. As of today property manager Brandon has not returned our call or replied to any messages. This is SO unprofessional. I was very disappointed as my son is very upset.

First the king bed as stated was 2 twin beds pushed together with a split in middle all beds were extremely uncomfortable… porch screen door was broken and pond wasn’t far from door. Bugs were laying everywhere upon arrival. We wanted to leave as soon as we arrived but they didn’t allow us to check out till next day and charged us over half the stay for only staying one night.

Roaches, spiders, TV did work in Master Bedroom. Couldn't enjoy the deck because the furniture was dirty and there were spider webs and spider eggs everywhere. Not to mention the daily hollering and screaming from the people in the until below us.

The first time walking in, the overall impression is run down, tired, owners only care about collecting their rent. It does not look like pictures on booking dot com (It's decorated like someone raided the basement of no longer used decor, furniture and linens) Floors were dirty, so we had to buy a mop. We were a group of 6 and with the unit having 2 full bathrooms, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. (Quick trip to buy more was a necessity) A small hand mixer was missing the blades. Dryer takes an hour to dry even small loads. (a blocked dryer vent was 1 problem. I think the other is the dryer is old and probably needs replacing) Staff came to fix 2x. Burnt out lightbulbs, staff replaced. Glass front oven door fell off, but staff repaired. (older model and clips/glue were worn. Fridge and dishwasher appear newer) Missing pictures off wall (but nails still there) Master bedroom has lightsocket with 1 working plug. Front bedroom has the same issue and someone put electrical tape over it instead of fixing. (I didn't bother checking every socket in the unit but someone should) Porch furniture has paint chipping off, old torn rug, old cushions. Inside, living room area has a cheap outdoor rug. Bed pillows, while appearing new are flat. Beds are not very comfortable so short stay is advised. We were there 6 nights. Beds are all twin sized, which can be good if you have a large group (I took pictures of everything but this site only allows 4 to be posted) You are charged nonrefundable damage and cleaning fees yet we did not damage anything and you are required to clean up, empty trash and strip beds and start washer and dishwasher before checking out. This place has such great potential. Fresh paint, a few throw rugs, matching decor - would go a long way to make the visual improvements needed. (We are staying in another condo in the same development - same price and it looks like it belongs in a magazine )

Location was ideal. The neighborhood is very nice. Views were lovely. Spacious condo. 1st floor. Quiet even with neighbors above and next door. Screened porch (although it has a tear in one side) is nice to enjoy the early morning sunrise. Plenty of kitchen stuff to use (traditional coffeepot, small food chopper, lots of pans/utensils/dishes/a few serving bowls/1 handtowel) and cabinet space to store your food. 1 roll of paper towels, a few paper plates/plastic utensils/dish soap and sponge/2 dishwasher soaps, sm shampoo/conditioner and a sample of laundry detergent were also provided. Extra pillows and blankets are available. Unit does have an iron, vacum and broom to use. Plenty of hot water for showers. Vacasa staff were quick to make repairs every time we needed.

I wish there was cleaning supplies. when we were done cooking, I went to go clean up and there was no cleaning supplies. I would have liked for there to have been more towels and wash cloths.

We stayed on 3 floor...wish there was elevator..wanted to bring grandson but couldn't carry him up those steps he is 10 and just had foot surgery with cast an wheel chair but will check on floor unit next time.

The TV in the living room must need to be replaced because every twenty minutes it will dim to almost dark, then ten minutes later brighten up again. The walk up to the 3rd floor, wasn’t bad leaving with our stuff but on arrival it really gave us a work out going up the stairs. The thermostat is also set on a limit of 70 degrees as far as heat goes. And on the last two days of our stay it got down to the 30’s at night and the indoor temperature of 68 was a little chilly for us and our guest.
