Someone needs to monitor the other guests that were getting TOO COMFORTABLE on the couches in the lobby.

The lodge needs updates, ceiling repairs from General wear and tear and some water damage was noticed. The doors did not close easily to the bathroom and scraped the ground everyone you opened or closed it, no privacy from the people next to us so we could hear everything through the adjoining door.

Location was great. Staff was nice. Pool was very warm and nice. Very clean, housekeeping was on top of it.

The beds are old and squeaky, every turn can be heard all the time. The pillows are quite bad as well. The room doesnt have coffee machine, so you can make yourself a tea in the evening. it's ok in the morning as coffee is offered. No breakfast offered even for price. so requires you to either shop ahead of time or go out for food before slopes.

The sauna is cool, the hot pool is very nice in the winter. Stuff is very friendly. Hotel also has an interesting vibe so totally cool style with fireplace etc.

Management yelling at our neighbors about calling the cops for whatever they were doing. We were in a deep sleep and that was horrible for any other guests sleeping nearby. Horrible way to manage a situation not having consideration for other rooms that were sleeping. Next time just call the cops as you threatened for Pete's sake!

The heated outdoor pool is always special

Rooms were very hot. We had to open the window to sleep. Pool could use outdoor hooks or chairs for towels and belongings. It would be nice if the towels were kept by the pool rather than having to go to the front desk.

Nice facility (albeit, a little dated on the decor). Nice heated outdoor pool. Nice coffee bar and it was nice to have the bar, gift shop/store.

My room was clean when I checked in. However, I did notice that the effort of cleaning the bathroom during my stay was somewhat lacking. Nothing terrible, but it would do with a little more effort.

The inn is very located by Killington Road, with easy access to the ski resorts and all shops, bars and restaurants. It has a nice size heating pool, a good size sauna, and an evening bar proving good food. The staff at the desk were always courteous a d professional.

Hot tub temperature pool is part of why we stay there. They need a dedicated shuttle to the mountain like they used to have.

Coffee area preparation staff wasn't considering guests who'd like a bit longer sleep, too much noise early morning and sometime even late night (this one attributed to unconsiderable guests). Coffee was only available in the morning, it would have been nice to find it upon return from day of skiing too. Gym availability wasn't mentioned on web site, too bad, would have brought some workout gear regardless that it's quite small and outdated, some even non-functional. The biggest disapointment was that there was no town/village to go for a walk to so spent most of the time in the room

Room was fair size and breakfast area was quite nice. Parking lot was decent size and close enough to the entrance. Heated pool provided relaxing experience after day of skiing.

Mattress was fatigued, i.e springs would crunch when getting into the bed, but was comfortable enough.

The room was good, with two doubles, and clean, with daily bathroom reset. Plenty of room to store equipment and accessories for two skiiers. The heated pool was nice and warm, although we didn't use it. Nice lounge with food and spirits on the 4th floor, and nice coffee bar every morning also on 4th floor (lobby is on 3rd floor). Great sitting area on 3rd floor with giant fireplace. Plenty of convenient parking. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and a couple of miles from the Snowshed and RamsHead Quads.
