Think decor was minimal and could have had a little more style. Needed more interesting breakfast. Little boring.

    Liked location, cleanliness

The stairs to the upper floors are very steep, but this is common in older homes and was known ahead of our stay.

Excellent location, walking distance from the ferry and town. Tastefully decorated room including a comfortable bed with soft linens and great pillows, two chairs, plus a small fridge. Coffee & tea is available throughout the day and at breakfast time there is a light offering of yogurt, oatmeal, fruits & usually a baked item as well.

Few things might be improved: In the photos of the room during the booking process there was a chair showed per room. However, the room did not have any. It might convenient to have a spot to sit instead of using the bed to emails/work or just read a book. The breakfast area was a bit too noisy to be a relaxing/peaceful place where to drink your coffee and start your day. My understanding is that there is an ice machine there and this was the source of the noise. It might be helpful to add light filtering shades in the room (together with the black out ones) to be able to still have natural light during the day and privacy too.

The location is great! You simply walk everywhere you like! The room was exceptionally clean. Check in and check out process was super easy.

    See above.

Sufficient breakfast. We spent most of our time outside or sleeping. If weather had been bad, a nice sitting room downstairs would be a plus. Proximity to town as we had no car was perfect! We were 4 small women, men would have not liked the tight bathrooms.

There was work being done on the B&B that was a little loud and intrusive and we weren't expecting to share a bathroom with another room.

Very good location and charming, redone 1800s house with a good breakfast and very nice staff.

    Nothing, our stay was amazing.

Our last minute stay in Nantucket was wonderful. Our innkeeper made check in super easy and accessible. We were greeted with fresh homemade cookies and everything we would need in a kitchen style area. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The location is key here. An 8 minute walk from the ferry and is walkable to everything. We would stay here again. You can't beat the off season price.

Our bedroom was on the 3rd floor and bathroom and shower were in 2 different areas on the 2nd floor....not very convenient. The "breakfast" consisted of prepackaged muffins and tarts with fresh bananas, apples, oranges, etc.

The house was lovely and the staff were very nice. You couldn't beat the location which was within easy walking distance to town. Nice tables, chairs and umbrellas in the backyard for relaxation.

The breakfast doesn’t have any healthy choices but some fruits.

You can’t beat the location. Just around the whaling museum and close to everything. it is a very old bed and breakfast but the room is very tidy and classy. Only thing they could improve is the breakfast. They just put a selection of packaged foods like yogurt and muffins every morning and coffee is from capsules. Would be better if it had more home made choices

The top room is basically in the attic - - the wooden steps are rather creaky and you could hear everything. The shared bathrooms were possibly the tiniest I have ever used. It's rather odd as one bathroom has a sink and toilet and the other has a sink and shower. We thought it was very unnecessary that you need a key to get into each bathroom. Rather, we thought they should just lock from the inside only. Last suggestion is while there seems to be yogurt in the fridge, we didn't see any spoons.

The price was right and the location was very good. The beds were comfortable.

Air conditioning was very noisy and not strong enough to refresh the room that was under the rooftop. The value for money for this room was not great.

Excellent location close to everything. The team was very efficient for managing restaurants booking with a good and diverse selection despite busy season
