Even with curtains closed the outside lights were to bright in the rooms. Water in pool was dirty & green looking.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms did not have telephones in them. So, we could not reach the front desk and had to look on the website and use our cell phone. I also had a little issue the last night with partiers in the room next to us 12:30at night yelling and little kids yelling and screaming. I called the front desk but gave a message to call another number to reach whoever it was that picked up. He was no help and just said if we had any other issues to call 911. That turned me off.

We had a pool side room, which I would recommend. The view from your window is just relaxing with the tropical trees and seeing the Tiki Hut and pool just beyond it. Our room was spacious and updated with a walk-in shower and room was clean. I like the continental breakfast under the tiki hut poolside. Not too much to choose from but it did fill our bellies to start our day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was nothing. No choice, no yogurth, fruit, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages etc. Too bad! The airco made that much noise that we could not sleep. Without airco on it was too hot to sleep. Staff was not friendly or outreachend.

The swimmingpool in the garden was awesome. Nice beds, beautiful plants and a covered Space for breakfast. The beds are good and clean. Every room on the 1st floor has a small table and two chairs outside. That is great when you are in the gardenside of the hotel.

The property may seem a bit outdated but it was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location - not far from the beach and many places to eat.

In our room AC wasn't cooling the room and was very loud - impossible to sleep with when it's on, so we kept the door open for a few hours to get some air in before the night and had to have the AC off.

Staff, location, pool are great and lots of parking. Breakfast ourdoors was simple but good enough.

Rooms could use some more ‘friendly’ lights, as well as a waterheater and some general maintenance on the rooms.

i requested a room on the 2nd floor more than 6 months ago, but was given a room on the 1st floor... moreover, during the 2-days we were there, their wifi was "broken," so we couldn't do any work, which was VERY inconvenient. also, on both afternoons, they ran out of beach towels and had to use the towels in our room.

we were able to enjoy breakfast by the pool on a refreshing morning.

I have no complaints 🙏, but to be honest, the hotel is not new and there is no kettle in the room, no microwave (this is not a problem 🙏🙏🙏).. Just as it is.

I would come here again and recommend it to others too. Very quiet and very beautiful comfortable place. 🙏👍
