Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWhen you have single females traveling alone. Please don’t put them in a room on the outside.
It was very clean and the location was great. We had some trouble with the shuttle bus. However, it was corrected right away.

United States of AmericaAvailability of the shuttle to and from the Resort wasn't as reliable as preferred. And some additional breakfast options would have been ideal.
Loved the super clean, updated, poolside room. Property was very quiet, restful and a relaxing alternative to the nearby Opryland Resort (which was still an accessible 10min walk). The on-site restaurant, The Opry Backstage Grill, was a pleasant surprise.

United States of AmericaThere wasn't a homey feeling, The hot tub wasn't hot.
We stayed at the Gaylord last time, we thought since this was a Gaylord offshoot (and the price) it would be a higher quality.. it was just a hotel. Nothing special about it. It was under construction so I hope it will be better next time.

United States of AmericaThe only problem we had was that literally half of the Interior rooms were under construction and blocked off which was noisy and we had no knowledge of that prior to booking. It was a little pricey to have to deal with all that construction going on during a holiday week.
The staff were extremely Pleasant and very Polite! The room itself was very clean and comfy!

United States of AmericaFirst of all, we got lost trying to find our room and discovered that it was on the outside of the building where renovations were being done. It was really cold, had a poor view of the side of the building that overlooked the highway and rear buildings, and was not clean enough. Before we arrived, trash had been spotted on the floor next to our bed. For a one-night stay, my room wasn't exactly inexpensive, and I thought it was the worst choice mainly because it was reserved through a third-party booking service. Bias takes the form of discrimination!
How convient the shuttle service was for going here and there to see all the attractions, the resturant ,sovieners, and how parking was available and free near the hotel, the inside of the building looked nicely inviting, and lastly how nice the staff were.

United States of AmericaThe pool was in the middle of the resort with hardly any partition separating it from the rest of the atrium. This made things a little awkward. The pool was also only open from 9AM to 9PM, making it essentially unavailable to any adult who wished to swim without the presence of children. Most hotel pools open at 6 or 7AM. The breakfast options inside the hotel were limited. The in-unit air conditioning was loud and incapable of maintaining a steady room temperature. It would alternate between uncomfortably warm to uncomfortably cold, with very little in between. The ceilings were low, and the shower heads were uncomfortably low for anyone my height or taller (6’3”)
It was a rather standard motel-style inn. It was nice enough, but unspectacular.

United KingdomThe room we were in was a little dated furniture showing wear The smallest bathroom ever Small beds too for 2 adults so you found yourself sleeping on the edge of the bed along with everyone else that's slept in the bedbefore you so the mattress tends to lean that way ... our previous hotel the beds were huge The bedding wasn't that good a quality either weve had better in cheaper hotels No breakfast unless you pay but we knew that No guest laundry and no coffee in the foyer unless you want again to pay $3 Beautiful hotel but for price it could do much much better for its guests You need to change your coffee too its not the best even in the backstage grill
The location is great its in a fab area with bars and eating places also the shuttle that runs between the hotel and the opry mall and the opry during shows Its such a fabulous looking hotel inside but it lacks so much for those guests staying there for more than a few nights The backstage grill great to grab something to eat great staff
