You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWhen we got there they were tearing up the parking lot in front and paving the next day but not as bad as we expected since they stopped working late afternoon and didn’t start too early in morning.
Room was great. Did not have balcony but still had floor to ceiling window with balcony rail. Liked that bathroom had individual switches so that we did not have to listen to noisy fan while using bathroom. Breakfast was also quite good and staff at reception very friendly. We were able to walk across the street to the Ferry to Vinalhaven. Went without the car. Wonderful trip, passing the Rockland Breakwater and Owl Head Lighthouse and lots of little islands. Very reasonable. $12.50 p.p. Round trip.

United States of AmericaThe party next door. Not sure what they were doing, but they did set off the smoke alarm and had a pesky barking dog. The dog finally got settled down and the alarm subsided and all returned to quiet, settled and as it had been ... nice.
Location was very convenient in that a very short walk got me to everything I wanted to see or do. The view, across the street from the harbor and the sunrise is quite pleasing. The breakfast is "out of this world." In 50 years of traveling both in work and leisure time I have NEVER had the level of choices and quality of a provided breakfast such as this. The array and display of options was quite surprising as each time one was to look in a different direction, there was more to choose from. It's the nicest surprise I've had in a while.

Breakfast was very good. Many offerings. Location was excellent for me. Within walking distance to Wass’s hot dogs and Dairy Queen. Back to healthy eating today. Staff was very friendly.
