Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe coffee the store made was not good. The room was old and cramped - worth $99 per night at best. The air either blew freezing or warm. No in between.
Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was great and fresh. Convenience store was perfect.

United States of AmericaThe walls were very thin. And next time I will ask to stay as far as possible from the elevator.
Found this at the last minute. It was clean, and not far from Campus. The staff was friendly and professional

United States of AmericaMy room's furniture was old and scarred up. The tile in the bathroom looked like it came out of the 1970s. My room was very clean just very dated. Expected more for the money.
Really clean. All the conference facilities were nice and modern.

United States of AmericaRoom & bathroom are smaller than other hotels. This wasn't a problem for us though.
Super comfortable bed, buffet breakfast & jacuzzi spa makes this my new fave. The pro football style exercise/weight room was all my husband needed to see!

United States of AmericaSmall room. Breakfast was only free with a one-time voucher. After that you had to pay.
That was literally the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The guy at the front desk was super sketchy. But it was very quiet there, so that was nice.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is not back to their standards from COVID. Before COVID, football fans were welcomed with so much. Now not so much. Restaurants are barely open. Bar has limited food menu. Do not have the buses to take us to the games anymore. Hopefully this property will get back to before COVID standards. This hotel being so close to the OU Football field is such a plus. One more thing and probably all the hotels in Norman do this but during football season since COVID they double the cost of their rooms. Wish they would not do that.
I really love this hotel. It has changed so much since COVID. We would stay here during OU football season. The location is amazing, the facility especially the lobby. Staff is very welcoming.

United KingdomRoom only got cleaned once in six days and items such as shower gel, coffee and coffee cups never got restocked. They changed to door locking mechanism without notifying customers and left wood chips all over the floor, which remained for two days before being tidied up.
Great breakfast, nice staff.

United States of AmericaI would like the bar to be open until at least midnight. We come to stay for OU football games and would enjoy being able to come back to the hotel and enjoy a few drinks in the bar but is it closed about the time we get there. Stay open later!
Breakfast is always very good and fresh; staff is very friendly.

United States of AmericaI've noticed that just a normal decibel-level voice outside your room can be heard quite well inside your room. Depending on where your room is located, it can be annoying. Also, the breakfast this time around was just okay. The eggs were cold and the orange juice was kinda watery.
The NCED hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. The location is close to OU. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is also a plus.
