Would have enjoyed the Sauna and Hot Tub...but they were broken. Breakfast available until 10 would have been good.

The room was great with a comfy king bed and a couch. Perfect for a couple nights. The mattress could stand to be rotated as clearly most people sleep on the side near the TV.

For being so close to I-70, it was surprisingly quiet. Has a mom and pop ski lodge feel with comfortable but not fancy interior.

older rooms need updating, would have been nice to have fresh water dispenser, no light above the table in the middle of the room made it quite dark at night and difficult to plug in the iron to use had to do near bathroom sink.

Easy to get to, quaint place to stay. Did not personally check in a friend did. Was able to get an iron to use and love that this was one of the only properties with 3 Queen size beds! Would stay there again great size room for a family! Had a power strip to accommodate phone, watch etc.

Wifi didn't work, not the cleanest hotel room, could feel the springs in the bed (but not so bad that I couldn't sleep!

Best price we could find so loved that about this hotel! Room is dated which is totally fine by us! The beds were OK, you could feel some of the springs. Wifi didn't work. Shower water was hot which felt amazing after backpacking in the cold and rain. I would stay here again.

What I didn't like was not the hotel's fault in any way. Just some noisy guests running down the corridors after 11:00pm.

Very clean hotel in the Frisco area, close to Breckenridge. Plenty of parking. We only stayed 1 night but we had a nice large and cozy room with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. Check in process was very fast and so was check out.

Only complaint I have is since my cell phone signal was almost nonexistent, it would've been nice to have the hotel offer wifi. Another thing was the TV kept losing signal every 5 to 10 minutes consistently. Kept saying "device needs to update" this would last for couple minutes and signal would reconnect. So watching anything on TV would almost guarantee several instances of lost signal.

CLEAN! So nice to stay at such a spotless hotel. Front desk attendant was very friendly. They offer fresh coffee and pastries in the morning and the coffee was strong just the way I like it.

Could have used one more electrical outlet for personal electronics, but not a big problem.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property nicely maintained and the room was comfortable. Not fancy, but a nice place to stay at an affordable price.

Icky artificial coffee creamer. Packaged pastries for breakfast. Did have a microwave in lobby though to heat our own breakfast.

Quiet, clean, easy one night stop right off the interstate. Our room faced the mountains so not as much highway noise.

There really is no breakfast other than packaged Danish (ugh!) and coffee (good). Thankfully there were excellent breakfast places a short distance in town. The internet was unreliable in the room so I had to go down to the lobby to use my computer.

Our stay was comfortable and the manager was very helpful. The room was quite large with two queen beds. We had been on the road for a while so we used the basement laundry, which was very clean and easy to use.

There was not a microwave in the room. The only chairs in the room could only be sat on for a very short time as they were very hard.

Only one available outlet to charge phone outside of bathroom and it was old and too loose. Other outlet full with tv/ cable plugs.

Breakfast was just few pastries. Room was near lobby and comfortable with a large tv. Nice wooden furniture. Staff was helpful .

Chk in was nice and easy. We checked in late and requested an hour extra to sleep in the morning. The clerk was nice and he said yes...but we ended up heading out super early but it was very nice to hear him allow us to stay a little later...I was exhausted when checking in.

The AC unit didn’t really work - we set it to low and it seemed to come on randomly despite the fact it felt warm in the room. The bed was springy, I could feel my husband shifting as he slept.

I liked the charm and ease of our stay. The room was clean and spacious.
