Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe water pressure in bathroom faucet was terrible and the room didn’t have a fridge but it had a microwave.
I really enjoyed the location and the cleanliness for the hotel. The workers were all really nice too.

PanamaTo get to your room yo have to go through the casino that gets you to smell like cigarette smoke (this is in all the strip hotels) but I still don’t like it. I do have to say that once you get to the rooms area there is no smoke smell at all. Additionally my room had used menthol tape on floor, some pills also on the floor from previous guests, which clearly indicated that the room was not properly cleaned.
It seemed to be the place to go, since it had a LOT of traffic (amount of people coming in and out). To this translates to ” there is a lot to do “ to keep you entertained.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that it doesn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room. Also, a lot of the restaurants are expensive.
It was clean, with a lot of eating options. I also like that it had an arcade for the kids.

Canada-I was thinking the hotel was $1250 for our stay but there was an additional $900 in resort fees so read the small print. -No fridge or microwave in rooms bu7t you can pay to have them brought in. -Food is expensive but the entire strip is like that. 2 slices of pizza were $30usd. A hotdog was $15usd (It was good though) -The Bell Hop I encounter on April 26th lobby area, Asian man, was the most arrogant I met in the service industry. I rarely leave bad reviews but that guy needs a new job. If you stay here and encounter a Bell Hop, or any employee, yelling at a senior for being too slow due to mobility issues please report them. They're in the wrong profession. I spent $7000ish in that hotel with alot of tips, and that guy nearly ruined my entire stay.
The restaurant variety was nice in the hotel, the America restaurant is open 24/7. Pool was really nice and very warm, maybe too warm lol. Majority of staff was great but one Bell Hop was really arrogant. It's nice having the monorail over at MGM and the tram at Excalibur - convenient for people who have mobility issues. Tip: Ask for room away from rollar coaster if the noise will bother you. I think it stops around 11pm anyway though.

United States of AmericaThe halls to the rooms were not kept clean and clear maids cleaned the room well, but numerous times were caught avoiding work and hiding instead of working, it was apparent when they were shocked when we were passing by and very apologetic about being in the way. If they were not avoiding work they wouldn’t have needed to apologize.

United KingdomIt seemed a lot more Smokey than other casinos. I booked with booking.com and they changed it to 3 to the room and I had to pay for it so charged me more than I should have paid.
It was big enough for me (1st time in vegas). Plenty to do in the property. If you didn’t want to you could just stay there for the whole trip.

United States of AmericaYou need to put hand rails in the shower. I’m an active older person and had a difficult time getting in and out of the tub. It would be nice to have $5 black jack tables available, at least in the slow hours. The Roller Coaster was overpriced.

United States of AmericaJust know that as is commonplace with Vegas hotels/casinos, you will notice a strong smoking smell in the casino area--I found it was particularly noticeable here compared to other hotels/casinos in Vegas.
We enjoyed our stay at New York, New York. I appreciated that our room was ready for early check-in. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. It was clearly updated recently, which was a plus. The New York themed attractions in the common space were nice as well.

United States of AmericaThe elevators were overcrowded and took forever to get up and down. Our room was the last one on the floor and took a while to.get to. Seems like there should have been another set of elevators for our side of the building.
The hotel had a nice selection of restaurants, casino was nice and everyone was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Felt safe which was a concern as I was traveling with my daughters.
