They have no manager to talk to when something is wrong. I paid for the hotel online and when I got there to check in they said I didn't pay which I had two different receipts showing I paid and the girl had no clue what she was doing and saying there's no manager to talk to. I had to cancel the booking because she wanted me to pay twice

The room had a very strong odor of bleach which was overpowering. One of the security doors wouldn't work with my key card. The room had no microwave or refrigerator.

The staff were friendly and the motel is in a good location and has strong Wi Fi.

We came back for the night and the floor was covered in water, and our bed was soaking wet. The bed frame was completely covered in mold

It just seemed damp throughout the whole facility. The towels all had stains on them. Smell of cigarettes throughout the whole place. And just dirty in general.

bedsheet had blood stains. TV screen had deep scratches. Telephone was ripped out of the wall and unusable. Corridor smelled of cigarettes. Fawcett in bathroom leaked so the sink cover was always wet

The smell entering the building was really bad. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. The bathtub was really stained with soap scum. The towel bar was broken. The staff watched us struggle in and out of the building with our arms full of luggage and such. They did not even offer to open a door or help with the luggage.

The room had this awful moisture the whole time, not sure if the AC was broken or what but everything just felt damp. The hallway smelt awful. The room itself was okay minus the dead bugs on the ceiling that could have easily been cleaned up. The beer bottle opener attached to the sink really showed what type of motel this was....

The hotel gives the impression of being dirty, maybe it wasn't but it looks dirty. The bathrooms are austere and not very clean, especially the shower. The entrances to the hotel also look dirty.

The location is very good, and the beds are average

Cleanliness of linens—hair legacy in many spots. No facecloths. Found room humid and tile floor damp upon entering (perhaps run ac before confirmed guest’s arrival perhaps?) The hotel is probably hosting residential folk who have been placed there. Bring compassion and wear flipflops and you’ll be fine for a quick stay. Wife would have freaked out though and fair to say probably not best spot for women traveling alone when u factor the overall vibe.

They inform you at the last minute that there is no breakfast or access to other facilities/ “amenities” owing to covid. In july of 2023.
