Smugglers customers were rowdy and loud Friday night but I wouldn’t change our room because of that. By 1AM all was quiet and we slept in.

Location is perfect! Breakfast was very nice. Love the coffee, tea and cookies. Jane is lovely and super helpful. Actually all the staff are excellent.

The shades do little to block the morning sun. The light, coupled with noise, meant an earlier than planned morning.

There was a lot of noise for us from the bar next door when trying to to to sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the little balcony. Staff was great. Great location to walk to while and restaurants.

Perhaps a bit more of a breakfast selection, like fresh bagels and cream cheese.

The location, off Thames Street, is terrific. It is an easy walk to many fine restaurants which is handy due to the complexities of parking in the area. The parking was free in front of the Inn (late March), though may change depending on time of season? The breakfast is rather sparse (continental) but can serve if you don't require more than that. I would recommend going over to the Franklin Spa diner nearby (walkable) for a more substantial breakfast.

The bed was not the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Not horrible but could definitely be better.

Very clean! Great location - close to all restaurants and shops! Quick trip so we didn’t see much of the inn besides our room. Would stay here again.

Bathroom would better with walk-in shower and a hand-held option.

Our room with harbor view was pleasant. Breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal and homemade baked goods. Parking very convenient! And close to restaurants and shops.

The ice machine outside our door was noisy at times and the family above us had a small.child that we could hear running on the wood floors. Not their fault but with wooden floors, you can definitely hear the people above you.

The hotel location is great, right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. A nice continental breakfast and super friendly staff!

We were on the 3rd floor and it is a walkup with tight hallways. This was not an issue for us but it could be for some who wouldn't want to or couldn't walk the stairs.

Hotel location was ideal, parking very easy, staff was very receptive and attentive, beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the view was very nice.

Construction project ongoing and made the front of the building messy, We were told about it in advance that this was happening and it was understandably necessary to do it during the "off season".

Staff was very friendly and willing to help. The view of harbor from our room was exceptional and the large windows in the room and the breakfast room were perfect.

No elevator. You have to be able to climb stairs. But they will help you with your luggage if you need it.

Lovely room and spotless! Good choices for continental breakfast in a very nice room. They have cookies in the afternoon which is very nice. The staff are so nice. I highly recommend it. But no elevator. So you have to be able to climb stairs.

Boat ladder to loft. It was okay, just a little worrisome if a heavy sleeper tries to maneuver them in the dark.
