Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The smell of marijuana in the hall.
The staff was very helpful in changing our second story room to ground level. (No elevator). We two were seniors with bad knees.

We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway on our floor and from the room above us. There was a young lady employee who was having a bad day and was visibly upset with the other breakfast/front desk employee and obviously did not want to be there that morning.
Breakfast was good, front desk and cleaning staff were very nice.

The breakfast room was clean and had an expansive buffet. The ladies in charge kept it very clean.. We were very impressed with the quality for the for the price. I would recommend this to anyone especially someone on a budget.

The fridge and expected a little better breakfast.
Our room was a little larger than the others but the fridge wasn't working to optimum and the room was very warm, had to open windows for awhile.

Becky the night front desk was extremely nice and called a local taxi because Uber or Lyft doesn’t run on weeknights, and I wanted to go downtown to eat and not have to drive

I was happy with everything. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Well, some eggs at breakfast would have been nice, but like I said, I brought my own food.
After a long day of driving it was the perfect place for me to stop (solo woman traveler). The hotel was clean, quiet, secure, and the staff welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. I'm picky about my mattress and pillows (princess & the pea!) and this was just right for me. I brought my own food due to a restricted diet, but did get a yogurt and fruit the next morning at the hotel breakfast. They also had biscuits and gravy and waffles, and all the usual fare. I would stay here again.

Mattress had a huge lump in middle of bed. Paint peeling in room and bathroom. Cobwebs noted in bathroom and room. Air conditioner was running when I checked in on second night which was too cold since the air temperature was-38 outside. Tv was turned to Spanish channel when I was gone at my job during the day
Location was great as I had to travel for work and it was easy access to the main road to get to work. Check in was quick and night clerk was very friendly.

The jet tub didn't work, but staff came right away and it was fixed in about 20 minutes.
The staff were very friendly. It was very clean. Nice selection at the breakfast bar.

Check-in process was very smooth and quick. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. My dog also enjoyed his stay!

The breakfast was just fine. I guess a little more variety could be provided. Again, plenty good for the price though.
Both desk clerks were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was well kept up and clean. And quiet. Much better than I had expected for the price!

I didn’t like the fact the knob to turn on the jacuzzi was over by the window, so had to get out 3 times to turn it back on after it shut off, but I understand why they do that. Smelled a little like dogs in the hallway but wasn’t terrible.
I got the jacuzzi suite cause I wanted to relax in tub. Loved it. Room was cheap compared to other motels/hotels. Also had breakfast. They let me have a late check out as well. Staff was very nice & helpful.
