The room was very nice, the queen bed was more like a king. Staff was helpful and nice, Kevin helped us with late checkout no charge.

The hotel advertized soundproof windows but I could still hear sirens and horns coming from the street, overall it wasn't too bad and I slept well. Unexpectedly a loud fan came on in the middle night that I was able to turn off, thankfully.

Loved the decor, the lobby, and the evening jazz performances in the lounge area of the bar. The guest room was the perfect size with a comfortable bed. My room was at the end of a corridor and I didn't hear noise in the hallways or from neighboring rooms.

The bathrooms are small - getting into the shower was a squeeze. It didn’t spoil our stay but it’s worth knowing if you’re someone who needs space!

Amazing location, stylish decor, comfortable beds, friendly staff (thanks for the cocktails Nataly, Phil and Jose!), excellent breakfasts. We knew a stay in NYC wasn’t going to be cheap - this is not a budget option - but perfect for experiencing life in the heart of the city. And the teenagers loved it!

Room was really small with only a few inches between the two beds. And we were told we'd been upgraded!!! Hate to think what room would have been if we hadn't been updated.

We did not get the room we reserved resulting in fewer beds and two of us having to share a double bed. The number of beds in the family suite was the primary reason for booking at this location, so that was a disappointment.

Rooms were too small for the price paid (2000$ for 3 nights on the second floor). A lot of personnel in the bar with a lot of attention for themselves but not for the customers. Didn't know the content of the bar menu

Front desk was very nice I paid for a city view and got bit what I paid was very upset. I ask for a blow dryer and a suit case holder never was sent up once. The shower had someone else hair still on the floor and when I did use the shower the water pressure was horrible. Was very very disappointed in my room especially paying over $700. Would love a do over but that would never happen.

Trash was on my floor hallway all hours of the day, morning or night. Cleaning cart was also there all the time. Walls were very thin I could hear the neighbors. Squeaky bed.

Friendly staff. Nice location. Not too expensive especially since it is holiday season. Good restraunt at the hotel.
