Only hiccup was that our A/C wasn't working in our initial room and the daytime staff wasn't very useful, but the night staff moved us IMMEDIATELY to another room that was very accommodating.

The staff was amazing. Between the night staff and the female staff they made up for the first uncomfortable hours. OVERALL great place with friendly folks

The fact that the room comes with no sink to wash the dishes/cups/cutleries provided. The central air-conditioning was way too cold at night and you can't control it. We had to sleep covered with a fleece duvet.

The check-in service is virtual, and we understood there was no front desk at the place. We asked when we booked if there was a place to leave our luggage, and got no answer so since everything was supposed to be virtual, ended up paying to store our luggage somewhere else, when we could have done it at the place.

Very well located, good access by bus or trolley. The host, Rosario, was really nice and helpful. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days. Most things are digital, you use a code to enter the room, so no chance of losing a key. There is a self service laundry available for extra cost.

The hall ways were dirty and when arrived there was no one to check us in it was done over the phone. Then in the reception area people were smoking. The doors and locks were flimsy and you could here people i the corridor at night and the aircon was way to cold and on constant!!

The room was clean and comfy and had a fridge, basic kitchen appliances, shower, toiletries, was very central. Beds comfy and staff responded of messaged via the booking.com app or if called.

I saw ONE baby roach in the bathroom when I first got there. Again as a New Yorker it didn’t phase me. But I was delighted that it was ONLY one in my entire 3 day stay. Other than that I literally have 0 complaints.

My room was big enough for a couple which was perfect for a solo traveler who likes to have space. Location is literally perfect, I’m from New York so I walked from the hotel all the way up to about 20th & Collins and back and there is so much to do on the way. Oh and there’s a Rainbow on the next block just incase you have a SpongeBob ripped my pants moment like I did! 😂 Also check out the escape room right next door. Also the self check REALLY came in handy considering I was hungover and missed 2 busses from Tampa lol and I arrived in Miami around 2am and was able to let myself in with my code with no problem. Literally under 5 mins and I was upstairs in my room. Staff are pretty nice and always smiling from what I’ve seen . I’ll definitely be staying again.

The room was a bit too small to fit all of our suitcases comfortably and the doors felt unsafe (although they probably weren't) as the walls had holes next to the locks. Some of the walls inside of the room were not in good condition.

I loved the decoration of the place, it was very cozy. The location was great and there were many amenities. The people were very nice and helpful and it felt like a home more than like a hotel.

Location is good. The hotel is pretty cheap and you get everything you ask for. When we asked for help with the temperature, the staff was helpful. We also had a great communication with them and they were very responsice to our requests.

The central air conditioning system in the property is not under my control, which means I couldn't adjust the A/C or the room's temperature. There are people, like myself, who do not enjoy having the air conditioning on throughout the night. This is an aspect that I would recommend the management improve.

The front building door was a bit hard to open. At first we thought our code didn't work but you just have to push a bit harder.

Checkin was pretty slow, the staff manning the reception desk were fairly unhelpful and didn't seem too happy to be there, when they were there. We didn't have a blanket for the sofa bed, and had to ask twice to get one, the guy that runs the tour desk helped us more than the guy running the reception. The Tour desk guy seemed to be pretty over it to be honest. Its a decent, get what you pay for place, well located but with a lot of street noise and lacklustre service from reception.

Location is excellent and it is pretty good value for money. Comfortable beds, big room, nice bathroom. The onsite laundry was very handy.

The reception at the property was not friendly when I checked in, not welcomed. When we got there the guy at the door told me and more information to check in at the reception. I stopped by and showed him the phone with information I got . I knew already the room and code. He kept interrupted me when I was telling him the information I got already. He point in my phone and asked “ do you know what it said?!” ,” where r u from “ like I don’t understand the English! . Well, it is rude to interrupt ur client when they are taking , you should wait until they finish and then u can answer.
