Good selection at breakfast which was self-serve and the coffee and tea was available all day. In addition we enjoyed complimentary drinks on our first evening as we happened to arrive at Happy Hour - we took ourselves to the roof terrace to enjoy! We were welcomed by Winston who was lovely and made us feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—great ambiance, attentive staff, and impeccable cleanliness. Although there was a minor issue with valet parking, the hotel staff resolved it very promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this hotel and would come back at any time.

It was very loud around 5-8 AM as it sounded like construction was taking place outside the window. Also, you can hear every door slam when someone leaves or goes in their rooms. So it’s not very great in the sound proof area.

I usually hate staying in hotels because I’m so funny about cleanliness. I can find dirt anywhere. However, the rooms were so clean! They were beautifully designed, nice ambiance with different light settings, fireplace and balcony. Will be back soon!

Staff needs to be trained. Didn't know a lot about the property. Asked for hand soap and I was told to use what's in the shower, lol..Construction on one side of our room and faced the USPS parking lot on the other side.

Security was lacking. Often entered with no one at the front desk. This could allow an intruder immediate access to guest rooms. Dining options were limited. No coffee creamer in the room. Not offered complimentary glass of wine on check-in.

Location, decor, and cleanliness. Ambiance is chic and sophisticated with stylish decor. We were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff. The room was luxurious, comfortable and impeccably well-appointed.

You could drive past this California bungalow fronted building without thinking there was a lovely little boutique hotel that extends out the back and up for 4 floors. The proprietor and the front desk were lovely and accommodating people. A simple but excellent continental breakfast with some of the best croissants I've ever had on the west coast of the USA. Finally through the rooftop area with seating and drinks for sundown is a real seller. I could not have been happier with my stay in LA.

Only thing that I would have liked was a little bigger room, but it was not an issue, and for the value, really was happy.

The staff and communication from the staff was fabulous, the room was great and very clean and well setup. Breakfast was really nice and had the best crosonts I have ever tasted. Great coffee, yought and cereals and nice juice , very well set up. Staff were lovely. Bed was fabulous. Everything you would expect was included, even a bit more. Looking forward to staying there again when I visit LA next time.

The Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, every little thing was on the right spot and tasteful, even the pillows or the neat bathroom. The breakfast was really good for American standards. I would definitely come back

Boutique, off the main grid kinda place. Nice rooms, continental breakfast included and free drinks at certain points. Staff exceptional - shout out to Virginia who helped iron out a suitcase issue that was quite stressful at the time

Downstairs rooms are a bit noisy with people walking around ontop

Beautiful accomodation, very close to sunset plaza. Travelling alone from Aus I felt super safe and comfortable here. Bonus is the rooftop and free wines in the afternoon, great place to relax.

Some noise from nearby clubs until the early hours which might disturb light sleepers, but not an issue for us.

Completely unassuming from the road but, once inside, you will find a beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff; spacious rooms; good continental breakfast in the lounge and daily complementary drinks social on the roof terrace; this is a real hidden gem. We were only here for 2 nights, but would 100% stay here again.

For those coming in a car, you will need to have the valet park it for you. There is no on-site parking. The front desk and valet were very responsive.

The continental breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. The breakfast room was spacious and the small outdoor patio was an added relaxing area to enjoy your breakfast.

Valet was expensive and there was no other option, but that's common in LA. Overall slightly expensive for what it is (and tiny, though adorable, room).

So cute, and so well located. Loved my room, which was charming and full of character as well as being super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all sorts of great places in WeHo. Great roof.

There was a back and forward between us, the hotel and Booking regarding our stay that was cut short by one day and there was no refund for the room or for the parking. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, big bed, nice touch with the fireplace.
