You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The Smell of the building as you walk in was outrageous. In my belief I think the Carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned

there was some dirty socks behind the chair in the bathroom and some toothpaste under the bed but besides that everything was great !
the receptionist was so nice, she answered all my questions and did an excellent job checking us in and out

Saturday night's stay was too noisy. Children were running in and out of the room slamming the door and running up and down the hall being too noisy.
Breakfast was good but eggs were too salty.

the toilet seat was loose and the heating vent had a loud rattle when the fan was on.
Room was clean and hosts friendly and breakfast was not fancy but fine. Room was quiet until the bus started up outside my window in the morning.

The window on one of the rooms was not locking and also the window was open. By the time i realized i already unpacked my stuff. I did get another room but it was very inconvenient moving from one room to another.

I have stayed at several Country Inn & Suites and I have always been impressed by the cleanliness and overall everything about them that's why I chose this one. Upon entering the establishment there was a unique smell. After entering the room I was in absolute amazement it was not what I had expected at all. If I could have gotten a refund I would have. The toilet wasn't flushing so couldn't put toilet paper in it. The handle on the shower was backwards. The thing to pull drapes closed was broken. Had to close the door to shut the rest of the room off to get it warm. Again I love Country Inn & Suites but I will not stay at this particular location again. Staff was nice and friendly but it just wasn't I was accustomed to from a Country Inn & Suites location.

The ac was loud and woke us all up in the mid night. Not sure about other rooms. My family just didn't bother to change room because we unpacked everything already. Booking com said kitchenettes are provided and that was the reason we chose here. It turns out they don't have that. This is misinformation of booking com. Can't blame the hotel.
The staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. They keep blankets and towels organized and clean.

I could hear when the person upstairs took a shower. You can hear the water running through the walls, kinda loud...
Staff was very friendly and helpful! The beds were amazing and comfortable! Shower was hot and relaxing!

Beds were not as comfortable as they could have been. But the room had been prepared and cleaned for protection against germs and Covid because you could smell the cleaner and it did have a pleasant smell.
The breakfast was excellent and the location was convenient for my purpose of being there.

There were a few small things left behind by housekeeping and no comforter for the pull out couch. Also, not enough towels and washcloths although I listed the number of people traveling.
The bed was very comfortable and it was enough space for my family of 4. We were here for a sporting event and it was a great location from the tournament.
