You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe building is run down outside and inside. Dingy, linens had holes and stains. Towel had what appeared to be dirt on “ clean” towels. Outside doors to building did not lock. Mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Pillows were dirty and lumpy. Sign outside says recently renovated. It was not.
The location was great. Shopping center across the street Close to the interstate. Several restaurants and gas stations close.

United States of AmericaThe dogs. The dogs in the building that belong to a couple of the long term guests did nothing but bark, I assume when their owners were not there. And when the dog owners were there if they barked the dog owners would yell expletives at the dogs to “shut the ——-up”

check in was at 3:00 pm we arrived at 4:30pm and the room still wasn’t clean. It was disgusting from the last guest. we had to go find staff to clean our room out then we waited in the hall for 15 while they went in and cleaned up everything and it was still filthy after they cleaned.

United States of AmericaSupposedly was newly renovated, but actually the place was a real dump! The sheets were very old. It was a non-smoking room but it stunk of stale smoke. Towels were old and grey and the shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I have stayed at Motel 6 before and realize it is a very low budget motel, but this place was disaster! The chair coverings were all tore up.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that it was even legally open and running. I did not like the entire environment and situation!! I took over 50 photos of all the things wrong as well as documentation videos through the entire place and grounds.
This was hands down the worst place I've ever been to. I can not believe how bad. Mold all over the bathroom, burns all over the bedding,window did not seal shut all of the way. Entire place smelt like Marijuana. They had bed bugs and I had welts all over my body. Fights from about 10 pm all the ways through after 5am when I finally decided to leave because I couldn't sleep. I have countless photos of how bad it is as well as recordings of things happening while I was there. I was driving across country and needed to stop for the safety of driving. I would have been better off sleeping in my car!! Busted out windows on back of building so anyone could get in. I have turned this over to my attorney who will be pursuing a court case to get my money back as well as other compensation. This place should be shut down for sure!!! There will be lots going on after this stay. I will not be allowing this to happen, for the safety of all people. Good to do this type of work to have access to rating hotels such as this to be able to do something about it legally!! Do not stay here no matter what!!

United States of AmericaThe front office staff working on 9/3, needs a few lessons in customer service, empathy and building maintenance & safety. Having the TV on a timer , shuts off every 45 minutes is lame. Painting crappy repairs with white paint is not fooling anyone. The bedding is cheap . The room was clean, so the cleaning person does their job properly Too bad management & office staff don’t.
