The hotel is very run down, outdated, not maintained well. The shower in the bathroom didn't work, the freezer wasn't working, the carpet looked like it'd been there for 100 years. I would not stay there again unless I really had to.

We needed an inexpensive option at this location so we found it. The room was ok-ish, could have been better but I guess this is the situation when you can say "You get what you pay for". There were towels and the bed was ok, so our basic needs were met.

Easy to get to. Check in was quick and the front desk person friendly. The room was very dated and had seen better days, but everything worked and it was comfortable to sleep which is all we needed. Price was great.

The premises were not welcoming and safety was questionable considering the clientele on site & hanging about. Desk staff was cordial, but not friendly nor helpful. Breakfast was also 'included' per booking, but none was available.

It was inexpensive, so we get what we bargained for I suppose.

The lobby was a little "seedy" and worn. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor and there was no breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet and easy to get to as it was right off the freeway. The front desk clerk was very nice.

It was a non smoking room but still could smell smoke. Lobby not designed very well, felt uncomfortable. Hallways had a unpleasant smell.

The room overall seemed very clean, except for the giant hair wad left on the shower stall. After I saw that I was skeptical. The bed wasnt the most comfortable, but it was a cheap stay.

Felt like a safe and almost very clean place to stay for the price. Would stay again in hopes that this experience was a fluke.

It was incredibly dirty. Stains on the walls, the floors, the doors, and the sheets. The window didn't latch on the ground floor so that didn't feel very secure. There was a gang sign on the wall and a hole was cut into one side of the mattress. The website was misleading, leaving me with an understanding that I had paid online, but actually had to pay at check-in. Luckily I had alternate means to pay, as the card I used to "pay" online was no longer usable for the transaction. Had I not, I would have been out the hotel fee as well as nowhere to stay. Only go if you are brave, desperate, and possess an immaculate immune system. Just don't go.

The receptionist kept my husband's driver's license. The next day, I called, and they told me to come get it. I told them we were 100 miles away and asked him to mail it to me. I still haven't received it.
