Personally we didn’t experience anything bad except they forgot to clean our room one day. Our king suite was nice and had everything we needed but my family stayed in a double queen room and there wasn’t a dresser in the room for them to store their clothes and there were no electrical plugs beside the beds so phones had to be charged across the room. My mom’s room also had birds getting into the AC unit which kept her up at 4am but the staff were receptive.

Our room was nice and very spacious. The grounds of the hotel were nice. Heated outdoor pool. Location was great for all of the things/places we wanted to go to in Fort Lauderdale. Walking distance from the beach and many restaurants/shops on Ocean blvd.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and welcoming quick and easy check in and out. The pool options close by the decor outside was cute. We stayed here last year as well love it here I recommended other friends to stay here. Close walk to everything beach food shops etc.

The AC wasn’t great. It would blow directly on you while sleeping The hot tubs weren’t working and we had to use another hotels hot tub. Not as convenient

There was 2 hot tubs advertised and 1 was broken the whole time we was there....and they closed the hot tubs at 830/9 due to noise..when advertised that quiet time is 11pm...i just feel thats very early to people wanting to get away and relax..you spend your days out eating dinner and at the beach you want to come back and relax till 10/11 bedtime.... Also wish the bed had fitted sheets...it was two flat sheets tucked in and woke up every morning on the sticky plastic matress cover...

Loved the big hot tub in the middle of the facility the character and beauty of it...more old fashioned with modern touch...many pools so you wouldnt feel crowded...great location to the beach...staff was friendly

Our last night there was a roach in the bathroom, which freaked me out and the jacuzzi stopped working for the last two days of our stay but other than that it was a great stay

Property is very close to beach with restaurants just outside. Also north beach village has many hotels in compound and you can use their pool too. Parking is just outside. The staff was super helpful and helped us get the room slightly before our check in time

Looks like there was some construction done recently. My room apparently had not been updated completely. Parts of the bath was updated and other parts not.

Pull out bed for our other traveling companions could be improved by use of a hide-a-bed.

The staff was very accommodating for our very early arrival by keeping baggage in their lobby and recommending things to do while the room was prepared (eating establishments within easy walking distances, use of pool).

The room was next to two pools, one at the front and one at the back. The noise from one pool was very loud and we couldn't hear our TV. It was very noisy at night as guests were returning to their rooms, next door woke us at 3am .

All was very good. Really no issues other than a little bit more love could be put into touching up some areas of the rooms.

Great location. A block from the beach. Excellent restaurants in the area. Nice property with 4 pools (1 heated) and jacuzzis. Comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff.
