The pool area was crowded but enjoyable. Our only complaint was the rules of no children in the hot tub was not enforced. Could not enjoy the hot tub as parents had their toddlers crowded in it.

Conveniently located, very well maintained & clean considering how crowded it was. The breakfast was nice and very well maintained by the staff.

Upon checking out one of my toddlers accidentally dumped a juice bottle on the white linen sheets. Immediately we tore the bedding from the bed and put it in a pile on the floor by the door. When we got to the front desk after 10 minutes of checking the room, they informed me that i may or may not get my deposit of $60 back in the mail. They said they had to see if the stain would come out first before returning said deposit. Thankfully 3 days before Christmas, they mailed me a check.

We love the pool here! There are always extra life vests for the little guys! (Ones people apparently left behind) We are local and love to get away with kids here!

The hot tub was ok, just warm and no jets but it was large and clean and there were ample pool towels. The elevators were very slow so we took the stairs up to avoid the long wait.

Kids pool area is grea! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All of the staff was exemplary!! The room was clean and the sheets were awesome.

Did not feel very welcomed by staff besides attendant at breakfast. Front desk staff were very short and not social. Was welcomed by “It’s going to be a minute, I’m still logging in” No eye contact, followed by a very lengthy check in. In order to utilize pool, everybody must wear a wristband. Not a huge deal, although with a 2 and 4 year old it is hard to have them let it alone. If wristband needs replaced, you have to pay an extra $25 per wristband. Drain in bathroom continually lifted out of floor when walking on it.

Very nice hotel. Outstanding breakfast! Good location with very short travel to different locations. Room was clean.

The location. Middle of nowhere. A small family owned restaurant on site but everything else was run down.

Loved the breakfast and dining area! So huge and clean. Staff was super helpful and kind. The pool was awesome for the kids. Very large rooms and clean bathrooms. LOVED the shower!

The only problem was the check in. It took them a while to find my booking. I'm not sure if that was an issue with them or booking.com.

Just a couple key points to mention. And believe me, I understand 💯 plus some about why it is the way it is. The pool room. Beautiful set up, fantastically maintenanced!! It's the "odor" of the chlorine. That's all. And heck, you can't not use that amount with all those people. Believe me. I get it. But what about a ventilation system to help lift that fog of it. Just a ln idea. I love the place!!

I've stayed many places across the country. And this hotel exceeded all of them. By far. I have to commend the entire staff for their excellent ethic. The place was spotless!!!! From the outer areas to the inner areas. You can tell every staff member took pride in their work. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. It was by far the staff that made this stay what it was. I instantly connected with Daniel at the front desk! He knew my little town and all. The other concierge as well, and the ladies in the morning were outstanding. There was one in particular, that we had quite a few laughs. She was above and beyond towards her duties and just being personable. I just want to make sure this hotel is recognized for their hard work and efforts. The place was literally wall to wall people, families mostly. Oh mercy, so much to accomplish, so much!!! They never skipped a single beat. What a phenomenal team!!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay 😁 The Walkers.

The front desk staff were not as welcoming because we booked from booking.com. They said they would have been better able to accommodate my needs and special requests if I was a member. We also booked a suite for someone who is hearing disabled and I do not believe they assisted us with that. I wasn't sure what the accommodations would be but was excited it was an option and did not notice any differences at all. We also had to wait later for check in because they said our room wasn't clean and when we got to our room it clearly had not been swept. Target tags and crumbs were on the floor.

Location and amenities were major perks.

the morning shift woman (and I’m sure you know who bc I’ve heard several other guests complain before as we have stayed at this property 20+times) she is abrasive and not really cut out for customer service. she is extremely unpleasant however I throughly enjoy all of the other staff. honestly I was surprised to see she still worked there after our last visit that only became unpleasant in the morning when speaking to her on our way out. she continues to bring this facility down. I guess corporate is the next step, seeing as these reviews do absolutely nothing.
