We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere is just one slight detail that wasn't so good. The bathroom is pretty close to the bed, and so the moisture from the bathroom must have left a very low-key mold smell. I've been here plenty of times, and the low-key mold smell wasn't present at every room; Just the one that I stayed in recently.
The King Suite was fantastic. It had plenty of outlets, adequate lighting, good temperature control, and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathroom was luxurious with a doorless walk-in shower. Everything was so ergonomic and spacious in the bathroom. There were plenty of eating utensils, plates and bowls as well as a full-size refrigerator/freezer. They also have a good amount of mirrors and the sofa bed was amazing.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, the check-in was traumatic because the clerk could not find my reservation for several minutes. I showed her an on-line statement with my name and itinerary no. 45709171344. Once I showed her an email remainder (11/21) and told her that my room was prepaid, she found my reservation under "Columbusflythe" (combination of middle and last name). The next day, I requested the confirmation no. (81189708) which should have been included in the email reminder.
The breakfast was really good. I was really impressed with the COVID-19 precautions taken for the room and food service.

Honestly I think the broad didn’t know what she was doing or was mad she had to work on Black Friday. She chose that job not me. Do your job well or move out the way for someone who will.

United States of AmericaNot much good selection for breakfast especially juice wise. Toilet seat was crooked, tub wasnt the cleanes. Wish they had a balcony we could smoke on instead of going downstairs and outside in the parking lot.
Everything else was perfect the room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly which is hard to find now a days. First time staying here and I would come back and recommend to a friend or family
