To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americathey do LOUD MAINTENANCE early in the am which makes it's sooo hard to sleep in like blowing the leaves in the parking lot at 8:05am they also don't offer pool towels you have to rewash all of your towels from the room which means you have to go get detergent they don't give you trash bags or come around an grab the trash you legit just borrow the Condo all the things you need on a daily basis that you don't think to pack you need like trash bags an dish detergent they dryer sucked too
it's a very pretty condo the staff is super chill the parking is AMAZING and it wasn't crowded anywhere

United States of Americano dislikes, except on checking out staff was rushing us. I thought checkout was at 12pm and received a phone call at 11:15 am inquiring if we were checking out. I said yes, please give us 45 minutes, then I received another phone call 5 minutes later asking if we were checking out I said yes at noon. I was informed then that checkout was at 11 am I let her know that I thought it was noon. she wanted to know if I asked for a late checkout which I didn’t cause I thought it was noon. I also thought it was very rude to call me twice within 5 minutes and the second caller was kinda rude, short and snappy. I don’t remember her name, but when I told the first caller I thought that should’ve taken care of when we were checking out. we also told the cleaning staff (as we saw them upon returning from our morning walk on the beach ) that we were getting our things and would be leaving soon.

Nice clean condo I had a 3 bedroom 3 bath full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very spacious. You definitely need a car to get around but it was very quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was across the street.
