When we arrived there was a little difficulty finding my reservation as they had my first and last name reversed.

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel very nice pool which my granddaughter used extensively. The room was very clean the beds were very comfortable and there was absolutely no noise from other rooms or any traffic outside.

The location was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was close to OWU's campus for my graduation and also extremely close to Polaris for any shopping and dinner needs that we needed. The hotel was clean and the room was much bigger and nicer than we were expecting.

There were dead flies all over in the room. The beds were very stiff. Because we booked through third party we didn't have access to some of the amenities and I didn't realize that when booking. The elevator was on the complete other hallway so we took the stairs from our third floor unit the whole time.

The location was nice. It's a beautiful set up. The room was nice and spacious.

We were put in a connecting room. Sadly the people in the next room had a dog. It barked and scratched our door a lot. We didn’t get much sleep

The beds were uncomfortable and when we went for breakfast almost every dish had some sort of food on it. They were all not cleaned well.

There was some confusion when checking in. Online it stated the room slept up to 4 but when we got there it was only 2 and rooms were sold out. The receptionist was able to fix it fairly quickly.

Staff was not the friendliest, but they got the job done. The room was not real clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. We let them know about this shortly after we checked in and just received a "Thanks for letting us know" Shower had very weak pressure and the nozzle was very plugged up and sprayed every direction. The room was pretty small and pretty outdated.

Location was good and price was OK.

The room was so small!!!! You pay double what you would pay most places and it is half the space! You pay for breakfast but they just let you walk in and grab food, so really no reason to purchase, just show up!

The pool was great. Very big outside pool. And if it was bad weather there is the indoor one (small) which is nice to have. Breakfast variety was amazing. Clean.

The property had a "Plantation " feel. The buildings named after Southern states, and set up just like a Plantation. Didn't like that.

Rooms are not very sound proof. We were able to hear our neighbors having normal conversations quite easily and also their tv ON.

Booking.com agent did not or send my written request for a 4th king room. I was given a 3rd room key. The staff knew nothing of my prior booking requests of the room not being near the stairs or elevator, additional, and no feather pillows. I was also told if I got an upgrade I would was to pay additional fees. The staff told me no request was sent by booking .com. I was made to be feel embarrassed.

Was placed in a room two doors from lobby and front desk. Very noisy. Room didn’t look as clean as we’re used to seeing our rooms when we stay here. Had to go to desk to get towels because they didn’t leave enough.

The bathroom was very moldy, the staff was pretty rude. One receptionist was on the phone very loudly and the other who helped us started talking to another customer like we weren't there.

no curtains, blinds only didn’t block out light. bathroom shower old and didn’t have a good place to put toiletries as the basket like holder was too wide; bathroom was open where the sink was and just a sliding door for small toilet and shower area not very private; breakfast was supposed to go to 9:30 but we got there and they said 9:00;
