Spa water in the afternoon, coffee, tea, and fruit in the morning. Fabulous meals in the restaurant, and very nice ambience! Had a grain bowl with salmon for dinner, it was delicious, well-priced, and too much food! I would have liked to have seen a quicker and more affordable breakfast option on the menu, however when I asked if they could just do an egg sandwich as I was in a rush, they quickly made the most beautiful and delicious egg sandwich I've ever had! (I love them, but didn't know they could be attractive lol.) They only charged me $8, which was nice too. Staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating.

United States of AmericaParking in this location is kind of bad if you actually have luggage to carry and theres only one entrance. I had a problem with the heater and was told to wait until the next morning and come down to see if they had more rooms then. This was right after the snowstorms so you can imagine it wasn’t exactly the best night. In the morning a more helpful member of the staff switched us over to a double. Which wasn’t ideal since this was a short couples trip but it at least had heat. We were given slight relief with complementary breakfast after moving all of our stuff to the new room. Based on my first night this review should be a 1/10 but your morning staff really did their best to pick up the slack which I appreciate. My fiancé however is still upset. Also some of the fixtures in the room are extremely dusty (antique looking lamps especially)

FranceThe one thing that Tops my list for a hotel stay is a good night’s sleep. And I hate to admit it but I didn’t get one here. Firstly, the heater/fan in the room sounded as though I was seated on a Concorde engine seat. I finally found a way to turn off the entire system even though it was minus temperatures. Fortunately I had the dog blanket to keep me warm. And after a very long exhausting drive and a beautiful fried calamari I just wanted to go to sleep. But for some reason at 1030 pm they decided to clean the room next to me. There was a bunch of racket, noise, people coming and going and the next thing I knew I heard an industrial vacuum cleaner banging against the wall.. So I got dressed and walked the dog at 11:00 pm. I had asked at reception specifically for a very quiet room. It was so incredibly inconsiderate.
The reception staff was stellar, especially Debbie (I think that’s her name) who was the most charming and helpful host. Interesting decor, fabulous bed linens, comfy bed, not so great pillows. Loved the lounge and restaurant, ate the best fried calamari ever and I mean better than Italy. I would go back just for the calamari. Great barman, kept calling me “miss.” Ha!

United States of AmericaFelt a little overpriced once per fee was included. Whoever was staying above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night along. Weird to not have charging ports/outlet on both sides of the bed and just one - felt super awkward and inconvenience trying to charge both of our devices. Restaurant FARM was good but overall overpriced for the quality. Service was great though so hands down on that front. Wished their hot tub was indoor, feels like a silly thing to not have both indoor or outdoor for seasonality.

United States of AmericaNot much to complain about. I would love to have paid a little less, of course. And a slight annoyance was how loudly all of the hotel room doors close. That's a problem with a lot of hotels but they were especially loud in this hotel. Not a big deal, but just one thing that was a slight bother.
Staff was friendly....the building itself and design felt very nice and not as cookie-cutter as most hotels. The location was super convenient and parking was also great. The serving staff at breakfast were also great.
