Owner doesn’t have a Manager staying at this location as needed has one person fip flopping between their two hotels that are 10 miles apart. Had to call to get into a room and still waited for an half hour.

I didn't like that there isn't a laundry facility or ice machine. Otherwise, it wasn't bad.

The staff made me feel comfortable. I like being able to go outside my room door to smoke and being able to walk to the beach.

Even though it’s dog friendly, the rate per night , per dog seemed high, especially after Labor Day Maybe that’s typical these days. Stayed at other places, years ago, just a deposit.

The room was more than adequate in size. The bathroom and shower was larger than we have at home. Nice kitchenette with 2 eye stove top, microwave, small fridge, pots,pans, utensils. Private access to the beach via boardwalk. Bed and pillows comfortable. Hard surface floors were easy to be swept clean of sand. Dollar General across the street. We liked sitting by the fire pit at night. Should have brought s’mores.

You can hear the noise from the other rooms, So it is very difficult to rest and sleep well. It does not offer wifi and the signal is very bad, It also does not offer breakfast

The big dumpster sitting in the drive way, really made the place look a little run down. I understand why it was there(for the renovations being done)but it didn't look good.

Room was super clean and bed very comfortable Nice walk in shower and the frig kept all my drinks very cold.Beach was close and access was on a cool boardwalk over the dunes with a beautiful deck area on top of the dune. View of the beach was awesome.

More outlets are needed and there is NO place to hang clothing. I had to hang my clothes from the curtain rod.

Not really a dislike just a suggestion to make it a little better..... The walkway to the beach could use a little work as in it could be a little more beach cart friendly

The beds are worse than sleeping on a pull out couch. They are the most UNCOMFORTABLE beds ever. I did not sleep for the 3 nights I was there because the beds were so bad and squeaky. I could get over the sneakiness if the bed was comfy. It also looked like the decorative pillow has not been washed in weeks, it smells like sweat.

location of room, location of motel, boardwalk to the beach, staff was very nice and informative. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The towels were clean. Great place to stay for a weekend to a long weekend.

It probably would have helped having a laundry facility for guests. When you book online you never know what you're going to get and it was a very enjoyable stay.

The convenience of the kitchenette, store and the beach. We also appreciated the fact that it's a smaller hotel.

It met our needs. No issues

It’s remote. Short walking distance to Dollar General, Ice Cream, couple of restaurants, and most importantly the beach. It was our second visit. It’s not the Tag Mahal but we didn’t need that. It worked well for a single father and 4 girls

No internet. There were networks that wouldn't reach my room and no help was given. Meanwhile both spectrum and Verizon phones had one bar. The bed was hard. The pathway was very messed up and poorly patched. We tripped every time we used it.

Really appreciated friendliness of staff and location. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but I would go back for a longer stay for sure. Nice boardwalk to get you over to an uncrowded beach and close to activities and restaurants. We'll look forward to going back and seeing the renovations that are being done!

They were having construction, dumpster in parking lot, could have been a little cleaner and noisy neighbors the night we were there.

The location of the inn to the beach was great. The room we stayed in had a little kitchen that was very nice and useful.
