The Condo was very nice. We celebrated our 49th Anniversary at this Condo. We loved it and will be back if we can get this Condo again.

This is not the condo owners problem but probably management. Do not try to wash and dry your clothes unless you have 3 hours to spend. Dryer is very very slow,!! The toilet seemed very low, and the bathtub seemed quite high. Not real good for old farts or the handicapped..( my husband's statement). We were able to make do with it and everything was good.

It was very nice and very clean and well maintained. It suited all our needs perfectly !!! The king size bed had a wonderful mattress on it. Location was very convenient. Parking was safe and we did not need to use parking lots downtown. The little raccoon that greeted us on our second night was cute, he tried to get some food from us but we didn't have any. Would definitely stay here again if I were in gatlinburg!

We liked everything.

This condo was great. Fantastic location. You can walk to everything. We had no problems with anything. Easy to get in with the code. Very clean and a great size for couples. Very comfortable with everything we needed.

I didn't like the fact I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I forgot a bag with meds and couldn't ask anyone to help. Also the room looked very clean but the building needs to be exterminated we found several german roaches near the refrigerator and stove.

I liked the condo very nice and a great location to walk everywhere. We were able to cook and eat in to save money.

DATED! DATED! DATED. Dark carpeting in living room, nice mantle and fireplace surround that has been faux painted brown with gold pattern. WHY? Small TV. Colors and borders in both kitchen and bathroom were terribly outdated. Just needs an overall decor overhaul and it would be a really great condo!!!

LOCATION!!! large rooms, and since it was 2 of us we had plenty of space! That was very nice! Bedroom had great light and roominess and a neat balcony we could sit on and see the skybridge. Bed was comfortable. Couch and recliner were comfortable and looked relatively new. Kitchen appliances were nice and kitchen was stocked well. Bathroom was large and clean with plenty of storage.

It’s an older condo. very small, but plenty big for a couple.

The location of this property is great! It’s within walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip, but way from the noise. it’s very quiet and peaceful.

We were never emailed the key code so we had to call the toll free number when we got there, but it only took a couple of minutes. We could not figure out how to operate the jetted tub. Our view wasn't the greatest, it was another building, but I'm not complaining.

Everything! We got a whole apartment to ourselves for cheaper than a hotel! And it was perfect! It has a small but functional kitchen and a living room with a hideaway couch. It is downtown close to the Ober Gatlinburg entrance. We didn't have to pay to park downtown, we just walked. We will definitely stay here again!

No door knob on bathroom but the latch was on it. Wife closed the door and couldn't get out. I had to use a knife to open the door. Porch door will not lock. We were approved for a 1 to 2 PM checkin and we arrived at 2. At two thirty a man knocked on the door and, before i could get to it he started typing in the door code to come in. He had on an orange vest so i assume he was maintenance. Need better communication with staff.

My husband fell going into the outdoor pool and hit his head on the step. The area was very slick. Noticed the next day they put a rug down in front of the gate. Spent 4 1/2 hours at the hospital. Cat scan and staples in his head. Condo was dated. When we got back to the room at 3 am there were no pillow cases on any of the pillows! There was no one on the premise. I think we should be reimbursed for our stay there, plus our hospital bill.
