We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Okay. Reserved a room two weeks ago and my time for arrive was to be between 8pm and 9pm. I get there at 8:45,pm on a Saturday night to be told they sold out. Put me in a bad position with everything in hand and wife, no where to go. Two hours later, I found a 1 star motel that out me a 45 dollars more and checked in at 11:00 pm. Really upset. So the following my wife book a room there again. Didn't know this. But okay. We got the room and there tv did not work. 2 hours before they got it turn on. Just not happy.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the all cash only part. I was charged a different price than what was on the app. Usually through this app, the price out the door is exactly what is on my booking. I got an extra surprise $50 tax.. when tax in LB wouldn't have been that much. Even though my check in was late, they were nice enough to wait for me to go to the bank and return. There is an ATM machine on site, but I choose to avoid any back fees or security risk. My biggest problem was the wifi didn't work at all. They give you a password. I signed on, was connected, but it was useless. That was a huge problem for me as I needed to do a lot of work remotely. Other than that, the room was big and pretty good.. my only complaint about the inside is that the sheets had cigarette burn holes. The maid changed my bedding on day 2, and the new sheets also had cigarette burn holes. Apparently a lot of people smoking in bed is an issue. The parking spaces are very narrow, so be prepared to use your best parking skills. There was plenty of parking, the spots are just hard to get in and out of if you have a mid to large sized vehicle.
The room was big. The bathroom was decent and clean. The bed was comfy enough. The place was surprisingly really quiet. There were fresh decent towels . I was given the option of my preferred room downstairs, but the managers were nice enough to show me why the upstairs room was much better. Even though I have back and knee pain, Itook the upstairs room and found the simple stairs weren't too much for me. No bugs. No weird smells. The TV is nice and big with enough channels for me as I'm not much of a TV person. Also, the surrounding area gives you tons of food options. Use the search feature on the Long Beach Food Scene FB group to find local options.

United KingdomThe room wasn’t clean at all, disgusting bugs were everywhere even they were walking behind the mirror… my wife was scared to walk into bathroom in the night time. Also, the hairdryer doesn’t work, the bedding has a holes and it wasn’t quite area, every 2 hours we heard some noises. Not recommended.
Sorry but I can’t find anything what we like during our stay.

United States of AmericaWhatever you do don’t stay here. Within the first 30 seconds my husband was throwing a roach out of the room. Our sheets were dirty/stained. I’m currently pregnant and online we requested and non smoking room. Unfortunately that’s not what we got. There was an ashtray in the room and the smell of the second hand smoke 1.made me throw up and 2.not safe for my baby. There were literally stains on the wall from cigarettes. We ended not even staying 2 hours and left without a refund.
Staff was nice and close to the hub of things.

United States of AmericaThe toilet didn't flush properly. We had to to got the office to ask them to go get the toilet cleared. The next morning it was already stopped up again. There were Roches crawling on the walls of the room. We had asked for 2 queen beds. There was only one. When we checked in on Saturday afternoon they only had one room available and it was a smoking room. They had a sign on the window stating there was no vacancy. So we had to take a stinky room that was dirty and Roches crawling!
There wasn't any breakfast. The price was okay. The location of the parking wasn't too bad.

United States of AmericaThey agreed to early check-in, not honored. We had 2 rooms. First room we had a problem (twice) with the tv. Manager had to come and try to get it back on. Called to have them unstop the toilet. The plunger was left in room, in case it happened again! The sink would not drain properly, but the tub did not hold water well. Both rooms had some sort of metal part, under the mattress, that made noise every time we moved. The 2nd room had a roach on the mirror and condom wrappers and other trash in the nightstand drawer that wouldn't close. They appeared to also have regular renters, that walked and talked loud all night. It was not close to Shoreline Village, as listed on the website. Both desk people had language barriers that made hard for us to communicate concerns, problems, or solutions.
