Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The AC wasn't working in my room the first 18hrs of my stay. We had to spend the night in an 82° room. They moved me to a different room only after maintenance told them it was a leak in my ac unit. The room I moved to was great though. Other than that, no issues.
The facilities were clean and modern.

The environment & atmosphere was comfortable. I enjoyed how the rooms were set up. It was better than what I expected. The manager Havalan was very helpful with my check in. I really appreciated her assistance. I am planning to come back to stay longer than one day.

Hardwood floor, and unfortunately we had somebody upstairs arrived at 11:00 o’clock, probably from oversea, they were up all night. It was quite noisy.

It was close to Duke’s Children facility. It was quiet. The area was clean and unkept. The parking lot was very well lit. The courtyard with the fireplace was a very nice touch even though we did not get to partake.

Had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be cleaned when we arrived. The manager did take $15 off the first night for our wait.

There were a couple of issues with cleanliness. Housekeeping missed some detailed cleaning that was important to me. The coffee pot was not very clean and I felt compelled to clean it thoroughly before use. There were dishes not put up but in the dishwasher when I checked in. It was unclear of they were clean or not. You might consider a magnetic sign on the dishwasher indicating if they were clean or not--not always obvious; or simply make the standard for housekeeping to unload and put away clean dishes. I ran the dishwasher again since it wasn't clear. I found a used washcloth hanging over the shower in one of the bedrooms upon check in. And, lastly, I dropped my earring on the floor in the bedroom and noted Cheerios under the bed. It made me wonder if housekeeping cleans (including vacuuming) thoroughly, not a comforting thought they don't.
I loved the location. Overall, a very quiet property of good size with good amenities; nice functional kitchen. Front desk staff were excellent! This greatly added to my sense of security of the property. Check in process very smooth and quick!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Didn’t matter if you were need anything in particular in the earlier morning hours like 2 or 3 someone was always at the front to help.
How everything was set up like a apt. Great location to jump right onto 540 and I40 to take my kids to school. You are in walking distance of Walmart and other food places.

Have no complaints.
The was no breakfast at this place, but because it was a one bedroom apartment we did not expect breakfast. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location was great for us. Appreciated how very clean our place was and the building in general. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.
