Furniture needs help. Loud music from adjacent bar....they place earplugs in your room to use. Come on guys and gals....really? If you want to attract more business folks that pay higher dollars for rooms....you all can do better!! No coffee nothing in the lobby...come on guys and gals....at least the Downtowner (sister hotel) has coffee.

I would the bathtub had a issue with the drain took longer to drain, but I take short showers, wasn't a issue. Also. Maybe access going through Bar. But understandable with safety..

The property was relatively clean. With no issues. It was interesting to find out there was a bar/Nightclub on 1st floor. No casino but that was Ok.. No issues was a good stay despite being in the middle of summer with the heat..

Some of the staff was not accommodating and had terrible communication and hospitality skills. Especially catering to an older group of women. I also stabbed my finger on the table in my room. Although the rooms are clean the furniture can be updated and renovated.

I really enjoyed the location although i thought i would be upset by it, it was right by the duece bus that takes your to the strip. We were one block from Fremont which was AWESOME! During the day the hotel was cal and relaxing and at night it turned into a whole party I LOVED IT! the food and drinks were great. Some of the staff DID NOT HAVE good people skills along with communication skills. I took my mothers and my grandmother whom are older ladies and i felt the communication of dukes for the younger night time crowd could have been explained a bit better to use upon arrival so wet were aware. They made my 60 year old mother walk all the way around to get an ID check the day of her birthday just to go upstairs to her room. Once another staff member “Mc fly” with hun great hospitality came and explained the rules and regulations to our group we had a much better time. I will definitely be back! It’s adult only and the weekend skate party is a VIBE!

The first room I was given had people already in it when I went to drop my bag. The second room I ended up in had a giant cricket infestation and a very odd smell. There were a number of them hanging out in the room during my stay and they were VERY loudly chirping in the bathroom at night. The room my friends were in didn't have this issue at all and seemed a bit nicer.

The location is great, the vibe is cute, the parking is ideal.

After taking a 13 hit bus tour . I returned to my room. Took a nap woke up and went downstairs for a cigarette. I had to get off elevator and pass thru bar area..I went outside smoked a cigarette and was returning to my room. At this point I was stopped by two bouncers who said I must be escorted out. When I questioned them I was told that I looked like I had bad intent. I said I had a cigarette and did not even speak to anyone. What where the basis of bad intent.I was told I looked like I had bad intentions. I did not know that looking like you had bad intentions was even possible! I explained I was a guest and had to pass thru bar to get to elevator I was then told that I could return to my room but I would not be allowed to renter bar. So basically I was be restrained by force . Held in my room against my will which I believe is illegal. This happened at 10:30 pm on my last night in Las Vegas!!! So not happy about that!!!

Value the hotel receptionist and staff were friendly and pleasant.
