Other guests were more loud that other hotels. It was a Friday night though, and people tend to drink more on weekends probably. Someone knocked really loud on our door around 3am and that freaked me out a little. No problems though :)

Easy place to get an Uber- we went to a comedy show about 10 minute drive away. Bed was nice, room was very clean, provided bins for both trash and recycle. Good amount of pillows. Was given option on what floor we wanted (I’m pregnant with twins- so that was appreciated). Price was great- especially with booking.com discount. We didn’t use the fridge or microwave- but they were there and weren’t loud. We were able to charge our phones without having a charging block- they have a charger in the room you can plug cords into. Nearby a lot of businesses- probably walking distance if you wanted. Staff was quick and efficient. :)

In our room the the outlets on the laps in our room didn't work or would only work sometimes, the cable would go out randomly and our refrigerator did not have a separate freezer part and it froze over on us twice where we had to dump out food twice.

The staff are all really nice, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Tess, Salina & Matt. All three went above and beyond as staff to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The owner however was very cold and rude and only cares about getting his money.

There was a party from 2.30am on in one of the rooms below ours which kept us awake and there was a bullet hole in the window which made us not feel safe. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke which was disturbing. The hotel is right on a busy highway, which was our bad, too not realize how loud that would be.

The tub backed up the first night we were there. If was fixed the next day, however, the tub wasn't cleaned and the ring of dirt wasn't pleasant to look at. I didn't like that in order to have clean towells we had to collect our used towells and take them to the front desk to exchange them. This would have been nice information to know ahead of time and we would have planned accordanly.

Breakfast wasn't offered. We have stayed at your place twice now, You should not advertise breakfast when it doesn't exist.

There was no breakfast or coffee in the morning. Plus it's a non-smoking facility but the night person was vaping behind the desk. Besides that the room and facility was very clean.

Most of what I didn't like was from outside rather than what was inside, being so close to the interstate made the noise a bit difficult to sleep. Also, the heat in the room that I used wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't anything that layering up couldn't fix. Overall, it was a nice experience for what I needed, a place to stay for a night for business purposes.

The so called breakfast was anything but what we consider breakfast. No hot food at all. Only stale packaged sweets. The cafeteria was closed off, so had to eat (if you want to call it that) in the room. If they advertise breakfast included, then there should be a breakfast. We had to go to a restaurant!!

It was a good location, some questionable people wondering around the area. But other then that it was good.

The rooms are being updated but they still have carpeting. I prefer the newer trend of hard floors because they can be more easily cleaned.

It is an older property but an effort is clearly made to hold it to a high standard. Everything was very clean. It was not luxurious but not low-end either. Comfy mattress, fluffy towels. Super convenient location just off I-5 but quiet. And it was a great price!
