Friendly staff, easy check in, , clear information, good location

We choose this Hotel as we wanted somewhere near to the cruise port for one night. The hotel was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely courtyard garden to sit in. There was a fridge, coffee machine and a microwave in the room. We used the microwave to reheat our pizza from the previous night for breakfast. There is a Starbucks, Pizza Hut and a couple more restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing! Everything was awesome

Room was very spacious,clean and beds were comfy. Location was pretty great. There is awesome food and great coffee just right around the corner. The best thing it was the staff!! So nice and ready to accomodate our needs. They let us check in very early without charging us anything and were ready to keep our luggages in their office for hours if we needed to leave. Also the little relaxing area in the back of the hotel is super cute. I will def return!!

Room was a little bit smaller than I would have liked.

Room was not as big as I hoped but bed were comfy. Location was pretty great. There is awesome food and great coffee just right around the corner. The best thing it was the staff!! They mixed the room keys and I almost had to sleep somewhere else. I had to enter another empty room in the hotel without any help because mine was already occupied. It was a very bad experience.

It's horrible to be gouged $400 for this room. Ridiculous and no shuttle service to the ship port. If you're going to charge people 400 bucks for a night, you should offer something like that at least

Charming little old-fashioned motel that has been significantly updated. Basic but comfortable rooms. Lovely grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to downtown and cruise port. Excellent Italian restaurant a short walk away.

Everything was fine

The management enabled us to check in early as we had just disembarked from a cruise, at no extra cost. The location was good as we were able to walk to restaurants at night.

The outside space was great even though it was pouring with rain....at least we could drink our wine and beer outside whilst making friends with the staff and the cat! Great shower

The last morning, we were there someone banged very hard on our door (probably drunk college students as we stayed during Spring break) and were yelling and causing a commotion outside. I know that's not the property's responsibility, just mentioning it as the cabana is not inside the gated part of the complex, it sits facing the road.

The cabana was very comfortable and clean and had a lovely little kitchen with a decent size fridge to hold our food and beverages, there is even a little stove top and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and provided towels and toiletries. The location was very convenient to all of the areas we wanted to visit and was pretty quiet for most of the time despite it being during Spring break. The porch was cozy and peaceful for evening beverages and the TV had all streaming programs to enjoy. The cabana has private a parking space. Checking in/out was a breeze.
