We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe were in an oceanfront room similar to last year. However we were not a corner unit but the unit next to it. The bedroom was situated behind the elevators and the constant noise of the elevator mechanics could be heard throught the walls in the bedroom all day and night.
Second time we have stayed here. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Views were excellent from our balcony. we initially requested a room from the 16th floor or above with our reservation as we satyed on the 16th floor last visit. once we arrived we were given the 4th floor. I inquired about our request and the desk staff wqas ablt to accommodate our request and we were moved to the 23rd floor.

United States of AmericaCheck-in process is still odd and congested (2nd floor to get room key, then back down to 1st floor to unload car onto too few luggage carts for # of guests, while valet service also bringing cars to current guests) - overall poor design. Palmetto bugs in the room (staff didn't leave note to inform us whether they sprayed while at the beach, so don't know if they did or not). We had these during October 2022 vacation also but gave a second chance. Also, they never returned the pillow case that cleaner took in error.
Location on beach, convenient parking garage, laundry in room, large bathroom, kitchen finishes, chicken fingers at pool bar.

United KingdomThe safe in the room was problematic at best. We had to get maintenance/security out three times within a week as the safe wouldn’t open. Eventually they replaced the door which resolved the problem, but we had around 3 hours of waiting around in total, 3 hours of our holiday wasted.
A lovely little suite, clean and fully equipped for all eventualities. The staff were pleasant, polite and very helpful across the board. The hotel was well located for us, just one mile from the centre of Myrtle Beach so a pleasant walk there and back.

United States of AmericaWater temp in room was cold. Asked to have it fixed. Maintenance came and warmed it up but when I was asked if it was warm enough I said no. He refused to turn it up more citing a lawsuit. I still had goosebumps while showering. Lukewarm water is not fun.

United States of AmericaThe elevators......We were there at the start of spring break and it was totally booked. For a resort of that size more elevators are needed. The wait for luggage carts were long and the valet staff had to go find us a luggage cart.
Location was wonderful and the staff was excellent. Valet service was great(with an initial tip of course)

United States of AmericaEverything was good about the property, my only suggestions would be, to change the cleaning policy from every five days to every three days. Also I would suggest cleaning the hot tub more often, we went a few hours after it open and the water was cloudy and had several dead bugs floating in it. I do understand about it being outside but still, it was a huge turn off for my crew and I. We did try it again on a different day and the water was still pretty bad so it was a hard pass for us.
