The staff allowed some patrons to park on site and forced me to move my vehicle to the dirt remote parking lot. Secondly, when I called to get some information prior to going there, the individual who answered was very direct and cut me off several times. I understand there may be a language barrier at times but politeness is global. If I’m paying almost $1k for 2 nights in a subpar facility, the staff’s attitude could be so much better. I’ll probably never stay there again.

The water pressure in the shower was good.

The room was not clean, the floors were nasty, staff was nice but was not very clean at all my feet were black after showering and when asked to mop or sweep was told it’s cause we are at the beach.

We were facing the strip , got to see a little night life that were not used to ! Beach was maybe 1000 ft away with a nice private access to the beach, rooms were extremely clean and staff was welcoming.

The facilities nor the location. I have been trying to get my credit refunded since the Friday May 3rd check in time.

I didn't like the hotel. I am trying to obtain a refund since the May 3 rd when I advised Ocean 24 that I was not satisfied with the facilities and location. They are deceitful and misrepresented their property. Between booking.com and Ocean 24, I have been getting a refund. I didn't stay at the hotel and have been trying to get my credit card refunded for this reservation. I am traumatized by the service I have been receiving from the hotel and booking com.

Again the worst place in Virginia Beach, You and them stole my money! This place needs to be removed from your website. So nasty I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. I did not stay the night as it stunk and going to see room I felt like I could be harmed at any time. I ask you to remove this place from your website please! Yes I would love to have my money back but most of all remove. I will be calling better business on this site! You don’t need to this or any of their other businesses. 😭

When we arrived I saw raccoons running around the parking lot but I was still willing to give it a try. We went to go check in and the owner and his wife immediately began speaking in their language after they saw the guys. The husband said “I cannot rent you any rooms unless everyone staying in the room has an ID. I explained that they were children that don’t have ID’s but I could present my ID. He was rude, and aggressive and so I asked for a refund being he couldn’t accommodate us. He would not refund the money or allow us to stay so I contacted Booking.com and the rep was very supportive and tried to talk the owner into refunding us if he couldn’t accommodate the stay but he was screaming at the Booking.com rep, using vulgar language and hung up on them. That is poor service and you should run from this hotel because we were racially profiled and scripted of our money. We had to find a new hotel and we found Ocean 24 where the owner took excellent care of us after we told him what we had been through.

I booked this hotel to put my AAU boys basketball team up for the weekend because we had a tournament at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.

The room smelled like smoke, and AC was hanging off the wall! They charged me $60.00 for a Service Dog and then we had to park 3 blocks to park. I have a disability that was terrible what a mess. I would never recommend this place and can’t believe the conditions of this place it can be open to the public. Stay away!
