Slightly outdated. Bathroom basically turned into a sauna because the fan did not work. Beds also very uncomfortable.

The water park was fun for the kids and the beach was steps from the pool

Our room was at the end of a hallway with a leak in the ceiling that kept dripping and the floor was wet constantly. Had to call for a shower curtain at 1030 pm . And crawled into bed after for it to feel like it had never been cleaned and was full of sand. Phone did not work as well. I was not impressed with the room at all for the amount of money spent.

I didn’t like that when I booked the property there wasn’t a notice about the arcade not being open. Or the Elevators took forever. Or how they give you a broom to sweep your floor in the room but no dustpan to pick it up. It was pointless to even sweep.

Our room didn’t have a stove. Not sure it all of the rooms there are like that but it would’ve been nice to have that. With the room we had there was a sink, a tiny fridge and microwave when you first come in. The door to the bathroom and then two beds was the next thing you’d see besides the table w/ seating and balcony which had two chairs outside. Me and my fiancé didn’t have a lot of space while in bed or at least it was really uncomfortable for me. We overall enjoyed our stay and the ocean view from the balcony, but we would’ve enjoyed bigger beds and a stove in the room. That would’ve made our stay even better.

For starters I liked the location. There was a dollar general close by, and a Pizza place called the Mariner that stayed open until 12am that was about 2-3 mins away. I liked that there were options when it came to getting in a pool because there’s an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and an outdoor pool as well. What shocked me most was that there was a whole Nail Salon in the resort 😂. My fiancé really enjoyed that, she said there was great service at the Atlantis Nail Salon. She also told me the prices was great and she came back quick so they work pretty fast in there or may have not been crowded.

A lot of amenities out of ORDER , blocked off or not in use at time of visit. Construction work being done around visitors, strong chemical smells! Water park water was off. Tents missing tops not appealing to the eye as the pictures. Nice staff!

It was under construction, and most of the attractions for the kids were closed. The heat went off in the middle of the night. We ran out of hot water in the shower.

One elevator was broken. Made for long waits. Construction work. Limited access to small shallow indoor pool and hottubs upstairs in adjacent building. I felt a little deceived. About the indoor pool and hottubs. The pictures showed the ones that are obviously under construction right now.
