It doesn’t seem like this place is owned by an actual person- just a vacation rental company. You can tell by how minimal the furniture, beds, and towels are- they are VERY cheap and clearly not something on the same par of quality of even a 2 or 3 star hotel. A couple of the things in the condo were definitely starting to show their age (mainly the master bath shower and the microwave). Finally, the internet info on Vacasa’s portal for the facility is outright wrong- I ended up having to call the internet company and stay on a pretty long hold to get the access code. Of course, I found out after the fact that the Wi-Fi info was on the fridge, but I didn’t see this at first, and it is misleading to post one thing on the Vacasa portal and have a completely different experience on the other end.

The property was at a great location and a short walk from where we needed to be for our weekend stay during Hangout Fest. The security team was incredibly nice, we found parking without an issue, and the pool and beach access was a nice feature. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze, as you simply use the door code that they send you to access the room.

We were notified about construction only couple days before arriving. Noise from construction We would've booked a different location , Blinds were broken. And couch was out dated (but comfortable)

Everything was great, there was a few things that need maintenance. One kitchen chair had a broken leg, didnt notice till we pulled out to use and then it was very noticeable. No big deal, we placed aside so no one would attempt to use. We used one of our beach chairs in its place. The kitchen faucet was quite loose, made getting desired temp difficult, but it worked and served its purpose. The master bath shower was weak. The knob you pull up to divert water from bath to shower would come up, but didn't divert all the water to the shower head. Still had a large flow to the tub. I used a cup and tub faucet to rinse my hair in the shower. These minor inconveniences didn't effect our stay or how much we loved our condo. The only reason I mention the minor things is so maintenence can make necessary repairs. I think some travelers and vacationers fail to report needed repairs in fear they would be charged for damages. But i feel it my duty to let the management know. Its important for them to know so they can keep their propties in good working order. There's no telling how long these things have needed attention because people dont report them. None of these things were a big deal and would stay at Ocean house again and again. The location was close to anything you could possibly need. Our family was very pleased with everything Ocean house has to offer. The space, amenities, staff everything made for a super vacation that will always be wonderful memories. Thank you Ocean house.

Everything, spacious, 2 large beds, plenty of seating in the living area, table and chairs for dining as a family, two full bathrooms, the balcony was super nice, with a table and 4 chairs could be multi purpose, the view, right on the beach, the pools, the area for outdoor cooking, a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer.....dishwasher if needed, everything. the absolute best choice for a family. We were 4 adults 2 small children. We could set at the table for a family meal. Come and go to the pool or beach within 2 minutes. Loved our condo. Would recommend.

Unit is out of date stained furniture. Old spring mattress with wrong sized egg crate topper. The paint in the unit still has the same patches that haven't been painted since last year. Read the same complaint from others. The spot where the microwave was removed wasn't patched or painted. I do repairs for a living, and this wouldn't take 2 hrs to fix all this, and then it would look fresh. Also spent 2 days on the phone back and forth with vacasa staff trying to figure out when a mold issue would be taken care of. Was supposed to be a relaxing anniversary trip. Instead, we had to deal with that and then finally got moved. Local staff were awesome. Also, security was a joke 30 dollars to put a hanger in my window and never saw the guy. After payment. It was cash only, so there were no receipts..

They had just sprayed the ceilings, the smell was horrible, sickening. The front bedroom, bed leans, the foot of the bed is up,the head down. The shower curtain in the single stand-up, the cloth curtain one was rusted were the rings hold it and the plastic one was super thin and ripped up bad. The tub shower in the other room, that water would not spray out. It barely spit water out. There are not enough pans to even cook. There was one old skillet in the closet and a sauce pan under the sink. The refrigerator door had no usable shelving except the very bottom because they were missing the plastic pieces to hold things on them. The main bedroom ceiling was molded. A single broom, but no dust pan to clean up.The pictures of what we thought we were paying for were definitely NOT this room or balcony.

The ice maker didn't work. Called on the second day and was told someone would fix it, no one did.

I did not never get internet service. Called several times as I had to check work emails, etc. They said they would fix it and it was never fixed!

The door would not lock and we had to stay in the room because we could not lock the door. We lost 4 hours of our day waiting on maintenance.The smoke detector was messed up and kept going off but was fixed when they came to fix the lock (it was not the battery going dead). I tried contacting the numbers sent to me to call, but did not get an answer. I had to search and find the Vacasa number.

I really liked the location and the bed was very comfortable.
