Breakfast. I'm not a fan of waffles, and I'm allergic to bananas, so there wasn't much for me to choose from aside from an apple. Can management consider breakfast bags with granola bars or a variety of other healthy options for those with allergies or preferences?

Both front desk ladies named Bree were fantastic. I loved the convenience and how close we were to everything. The room was especially spacious, and the beds were so comfortable.

The most convenient location on the island. I haven't seen such a comfortable hotel for a long time. Excellent attentive hotel staff. The girls at the reception are highly professional. Safe parking. From the parking lot you can take the elevator or stairs. Furniture for the room in classicism style. I really liked the chest of drawers and the headboard. This is a real work of art. Very wide and comfortable beds. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. For example, suitcase stands are located in a special storage room. Large bathroom. Most hotel rooms have a frontal or side view of the main attraction - the lighthouse. Each room has a balcony, at least a French one. This is a romantic place. I don't understand the complaints in other reviews about breakfast. No one stated that the hotel offers breakfast. But as an additional benefit in the morning you can get muffins, waffles and fruits with excellent coffee. Yes, there is no coffee maker in the room. But there is an excellent coffee machine in the lobby where you can also get boiling water for coffee. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Disliked that the suite did not have a room with 2 queens , as advertised in the booking. Shared a king size bed with 2 children too young to sleep alone in the murphy bed located in main living area (with access to the balconies).

My card for the room did not work 50% of the time. They were switched out twice and I luckily had the housecleaning staff let me in (as I was balancing the coffee and OJ from downstairs). The bolt for the door would also not release so I could not shut the door at times. It was a known issue and they were going to change them all out in June (what I was told) And apparently I was lucky and got the room that was known to have issues. It was a nice coffee machine in the lobby but I’d prefer to have a mini coffee maker in the room. Especially when you had to come back to room and not be able to get into the room. Didn’t even eat the breakfast (don’t like waffles and muffins). I got a good deal on booking but it was still more than I would have paid usually. Got the “deluxe” room but it was not as “deluxe” as expected. More outdated (which didn’t bother me (except for the door and microwave was difficult to figure out initially).

Location was great. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony and being able to see the lighthouse. Could walk everywhere and beaches were a quick drive away.
