You could hear other people in their rooms depending on the guest next door so bring ear plugs or a fan to block out noise, there was no fan in our room.

Close to the beach, walking distance. A playground was on the beach right near the hotel so it was nice if u have kids! Pool & hot tub were great, towels were provided. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed including silverware and kitchen supplies.

The chemicals used in pool could still be smelled up on the 7th floor. Very strong.

Hotel staff allowed another guest in my room after I was checked in That other guest brought my things back to front desk and and stayed in my room with no redirection from hotel staff. I was mortified. If I had returned later that night as I planned, I would have walked into God only knows what and startled the people in my room. I had a lot of money and valuables and meds in my purse. My luggage had large ID TAGS and I was not notified. No due diligence was done by staff. I managed a hotel for years and at the very least, staff should have redirected other guests to another room. Staff required me to explain several.times for them to understand the severity. Housekeeping records could have told them nothing was left in the room prior which could easily see some mistake on their part. A manager eventually explain the computer system was the problem for allowing 2 to be checked in same room. Then state that has NEVER happened before. I was unnerved the rest of my stay. Like, what if the system allow someone else in the room I was moved to at any time Big problem and need better take aways from this.

My neighbors were loud and the children running through the halls at 2am were being very loud, although “quiet time” is posted on the pamphlet as 11p to 7a. The pool had way too much chlorine, bleached my swimsuit! You could smell it throughout the building.

This is a very clean and well maintained property, the staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s a block from the oceanfront and convenient to everything you could need. Very spacious, like a mini apartment!

One elevator was not working so there was a line to go up and down. They also tested their fire alarms from 11-4 which is nap time so that was kind of a challenge but not anyone’s fault.

Lobby snd room were CLESN! I’m a breastfeeding mama so having the fridge AND freezer was amazing!

The staff was rude especially the lady in the linen exchange was hateful. The front desk guy was also rude. The pool chemicals were really strong and the hot tub isn’t hot at all.

One elevator was inoperable due to waiting on the city inspector to come out (they had been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone) so the wait was usually between 10-20 minutes if you wanted an elevator. We were on the 6th floor and I was too out of shape to be doing all those stairs multiple times a day. Lol THIS WAS NOT A HOTEL ISSUE BUT A CITY ISSUE!

The room was clean and exactly how described. Staff greeted us with a smile and were able to accommodate our super early arrival (arrived at 730am and 1130am check-in!). We had a small issue with the TV not working in our living room area but they sent someone up who checked it out and replaced it within a half hour. The pool and hot tub were nice and the game room/workout area/lounge area were a really awesome surprise! Parking was adequate and we were fairly close to the sports complex. Perk was finding out we could enter the lounge area from the 3rd floor so we only had three flights of stairs to navigate to our floor (6th). Good value for the money!

There was only one working elevator which caused long wait times or having to walk up lots of stairs. The room couldve been just a tad bit cleaner but overall a good experience

Location was awesome. Within walking distance to so many things. The size of the room was nice and bed was comfortable. Romas pizza being right downstairs was great for ordering food late and not needing to leave your room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

It would have been nice to have maid service come to clean our room while we were away for the day. This one is small, but would have helped a lot; the clothing iron got hot, but the steam was not functioning, so I wasn't able to get a good ironing on my clothes.

I didn't know that breakfast was available. If the reception desk would have given that information at check-in, we definitely would have utilized it. It was nice to have a mni kitchen in the room, I made breakfast and a late lunch during our stay.

The only had one operating elevator. The other one was out of service. And the working one moved slow. Some of the equipment in the gym was not working. The drains in the bathtub were rusted and broke. The pull out bed was dirty. It was filled with crumbs and old food. The windows didn't open nor was it a balcony but it was ok.

The location was nice. Plenty of restaurants close by. Walking distance. It had a restaurant attached to the lobby. Less than a mile away from the beach. There was attractions close by 5-10 minutes driving. Friendly staff. The set up of the room was very nice. Clean appliances.

The on site manager was so negative and rude to her staff in front of us and other guests. The thermostat in our room didn't work and only 1 of the 2 elevators worked so getting anywhere from our top floor room took forever.
