Check out time is 11, too early. It's expensive room to feel rushed out in the morning. Housekeeping was vacuuming the room above us at 9am. This noise included what sounded like banging against the walls. There is no noise control. It isn't how I want to start any day. When I said something about the noise, the response was, "ok, I'll tell housekeeping not to do their job". A better experience is for a guest to have the courtesy of peace and quiet until check out.

The room was ready when we arrived. The accommodation is nice, king room suite, clean, simple and classy. Location is excellent for walking to beach and for food/drinks.

The closet was TINY - only half length, meaning you couldn't hang a full length dress. There was little to no surfaces to really set anything on, including in the bathroom. A slightly larger nightstand on each side with a little storage (drawer, cubby, anything) would go a long way!

The location was perfect for literally everything we wanted to do which was eat, drink, meet fun people from all over, and occasionally dip our toes in the ocean.

Pillows weren’t most comfortable. And cooling the room to 63F (17C) was quite unnecessary - it took me hours until the room warmed up to more reasonable temperature, especially for having a shower.

Nice and comfortable room on the more quiet side of the Ocean drive. Easy enough no-people check-in and access. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to beach.

The walls are very thin. I could hear people talking and the tv, from the room next to mine. The bathroom gets all wet after shower, the glass needs improvement.

The room is beautiful and clean. Also a good size. Bed is very comfortable and aircon works great.

Price is a bit high per night but the location and cleanliness made it easier to pay.

The rooms are not soundproofed; you could hear everything. I was very unlucky because I was hearing the snoring all night from the person staying in the next room.

The location is so convenient. Very close to everything in South Beach. The room was fine.

The only thing they clean your room and change/give new towels only every 2 days unfortunately.

The staff was great. We were able to check in earlier and for check out, we were allowed to leave our luggages at the lobby with the staff for the meantime. The location was excellent, which was the main focus. Very close to the beach and walking dictance to many various restaurants and shops. Also, the location is great for quietness as it’s more in the south of where the live & loud events are, especially at night. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

Upstairs room stomping around. Building next door had bright large light shining into room but blocked with the shade down. Room on the smaller side.

The rooms are small but it is definitely worth booking!! It’s right on Ocean Blvd!! I mean the value of that alone was wonderful!! We had one thing that happened that we didn’t like and that was we asked for additional items (tissue and a couple of cups) during our stay but we never received any follow up back about those items and we never received those items.

The property was beautiful!! Wonderful smell as soon as you walked in through the doors and the rooms were super clean with an amazingly comfortable bed!! This property is near everything!! You can easily access in minutes Ocean Blvd, Collins Street, and Washington Street!!
