Parking was extra at $35 per night, which seemed a lot for what we were already paying for the room, though we didn't explore other parking options so can't really compare rates.

Very nice room, nice and bright and airy. Check in was straightforward and staff very friendly and helpful. The sea facing room was excellent, directly overlooking the boardwalk. Overall a great location for exploring Pacific Beach.

Hotel was very clean. Valet parking was great and staff was helpful and friendly. We got to see Dolphins right outside our hotel window on the last day . Lots of local stores near by ! We loved it and the heated pool was a plus

The free breakfast is really just basic. If you are looking for something healthier, you should eat in a nearby restaurant.

Perfect location, right by the sea and on the beach promenade. Easy to get to by car, with free valet service at check-in. This is a great little hotel in a very convenient location. A little pricey for the hotel category, but the location makes up for it. Nice pool and average breakfast. All in all, good value for money considering the location.

Clean, great breakfast, and staff were super helpful! I made 2 separate back-to-back day bookings when I was staying one night by myself and a friend was joining me the second night. On bookings.com, they look at per person pricing being the reason for my 2 bookings. However, for ease and to avoid changing rooms, the hotel realized the 2 same name bookings and were able to keep me in the same room!

Walls were pretty thin... we could hear voices from Nextdoor, etc. The Firehouse restaurant/bar is directly behind the hotel and if our room had been on the back (alley) side of the property it would have been very loud as Firehouse was rockin' loud late. *Always get ocean side room!

Our room was great: ocean front balcony with perfect views of boardwalk and sunsets. If we stay again I would want the same room! We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The valet/parking on-site was convenient, although daily rate was charged (it's PB so we expected this cost). Very walkable to nearby restaurants, Crystal Pier, Ralph's market for in-room refreshments.

It's a super flexed B&B. All the upsides of a hotel (cleaners, hotel, door staff) and none of the unnecessary services. Super quiet rooms. Especially considering right in the middle of the strip.

The breakfast didn’t have many vegan options for me but my family loved it. And the fact that there were so many great restaurants nearby more than made up for it.

The location was perfect - within walking distance to everything you could want. The room was spacious and clean. We loved waking up to see the sunrise from our ocean-front room; we even saw dolphins swimming by and playing from our balcony. Awesome experience!
