Staff rude, had to check in and out at two different places, building needed some work, rooms definitely needed some work and cleaning, etc

It needs to be more improved around the building. As for deposits only certain people had to pay a deposit. The First Lady had an attitude when checked in. And then in order to check out we had to go to another building and it’s not even fit to need a security deposit not even a 10 star motel. Everyone there was complaining

The building overall could use some work. Wasn't crazy about the elevator. Did not get to find the pool area and was not directed to it at check-in.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean plenty of towels.

Ac didn’t work, pool was cold, hot tubs leaked water, outside pool was full of bottles and plastic for most of the stay.

This place seriously needs some help. Carpets were nasty feet would be black from walking barefoot. Bathroom shower didn't drain and would have inches of water inside when water was running. Bathroom would flood from shower head if curtain wasn't almost taped to the wall but can't do that because that is how you enter the shower because toilet is in the way to go in the other side. Elevator was slow and it would have to go all the way up before coming down to take you down. Phone in the room didn't work and no one was at the lobby of the hotel you had to go to the Polynesian to get any help. Bring $100 cash if your booking on here they require a cash deposit. Doors were hard to open they use normal keys 2 different ones for the deadbolt and door nob. Outdoor pool was nasty and neglected cans, wrappers, and condoms in it floating with silly string. Indoor pool was freezing and children were unsupervised. Hot tubs had no water in them well enough to fill the bottoms at most. Lighting in rooms was horrible couldn't see anything and no overhead lighting. Elevator smelled like weed.

We liked that it was close to the beach.

Needed updated. No elevator to the 7th floor. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay straight causing it imposes to shower without getting water in the floor. Hair dryer on wall didn’t work properly. Back of curtains were nasty looking and had gross stains.

Two bedroom was perfect for a large family. Located in a good location.

The room was very cold heat wasn't hot or even warm and where the sliding door was had cold air coming through the first room they gave me the stove didn't work the the second one was cold

The staff during checkout was very rude and needs a lesson on customer service with that being said ,she has probably made it where I would never again use the property in the future unfortunately

Definitely needed maintenance on the apparent outside scaling of loose painted and the wall way outside exterior needs painted the joints filled in on the walkway between floor can see light thru the cracks Air conditioner in rooms are running with water coming out onto carpet. Wet and moldy smell in room.

The sliding glass door didn’t have a handle, was extremely hard to close and the glass was somewhat separated from the frame.

We stayed in an oceanfront room so the private balcony was perfect. We also had a kitchenette. It was updated, but the stove, not so much. The beds were super comfy tho. Tv was a good size but we didn’t watch any tv. The bathroom was nice and updated. Very clean.

I would had liked for housekeeping to vacuum at least once, since we were at the beach and sand was everywhere. The room could had been cleaner upon arrival.

Location was everything. The room was spacious and accommodated 4 people really well. It really wasn’t bad for the price. Not a luxurious hotel but not the worst.

No one was never at the front desk. You have to walk to another hotel to speak with someone. I get them not cleaning the room but what's the point of opening the door putting towels on the bed but not dumping the trash. I had three days worth of trash in my room. The dust on the lamps was unreal.

The parking underneath was a bit scary goin gup and down, it was very steep. The pool was nice but it did have quite a bit of sand in it. Other guests did not have the courtesy to park their cars in the spots correctly, they took up two spaces.

The room was clean, the beds were ok to sleep on. It was in a good location.

Stair wells dirty,not much maintenance going on.no office during my stay, it needs a paint job, also the handy cap ramp you can kill yourself on them,try bringing a bell cart over them.

We were in one room, and the AC was not working. Maintenance came and didn't come back. It t was almost 1am, and they didn't return. We were not called and went to the front desk. We changed rooms, and while we were not complaining about the room change, the room we were moved to had a sewer smell. The bathroom handle was also broke. Everything else was fine.

We have stayed here before. You get what you pay for, but with kids, the beachfront is what we like. The kids love going to the mushroom pool.

Staff was rude,elevator didn’t go up to our floor,housekeeping never clean our room we didn’t have towels or paper toilet, ice machine never had ice, hotel was very outdated, people smoking marihuana on the pool we could smell we couldn’t spend time at out balcony because of the smell and the hotels claims to be smoke free , also we had to take out our own trash housekeeping never did
