To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Is a comfortable place, all the people that work there were very kind and help us with everything, the hotel has easy access to the beach and the boardwalk, all the spaces inside the hotel were very nice!!

Very nice, beautiful resort. Huge gym. They provided a nice pack and play for my little one. Pool was the highlight of our trip. It’s indoor/outdoor and both sides were heated and super fun and comfortable for our 4 and 2 year olds. They don’t have floatation devices on premises so we brought our own floaties

United States of AmericaThere were a lot of kids running around in the lobby and up and down the hallways. I understand there's nothing that can be done about that but it's the only negative thing I can think of.
There is everything you need at this resort. A plethora of options for food and entertainment. The heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs were very nice. This resort is kept immaculate. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We stayed on the 40th floor and had the most incredible view of the coast along with city views of all of Atlantic City. The perfect getaway.
